Jessica place was great! My wige didn't want to leave!! Very nice spaces in the house. It was exceptionally clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. Great screened porches on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Just a few blocks from the beach in a fairly active family style neighborhood. Very safe and Welcoming. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

We had an excellent stay at Brian’s home! The house was pristine, fully stocked with everything you could need and very close to the beach. The street was quiet with minimal traffic and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and small children to play. An added bonus to this home was the game room and children’s toys and books. This is the first place we have stayed that included things that are friendly to very small children. We will definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic place! LARGE and clean house, best bang for your buck, and 5 min walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay around the area. my wife and my dog also loved the home. 11/10, would absolutely come back for another stay.

Lovely spot, well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacay. Super clean and organized. Comfy beds, awesome backyard, bikes and kayaks to borrow. We had a great stay!

There’s something about the waterfront…this house was well designed for maximum enjoyment of the water views. Home was well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, W/D, activities. We enjoyed being there and caring for it as if it was our home. Access to ferry to Jamestown/Williamsburg is a definite plus. Appropriately priced for it’s value.

This is my second time staying at this place - I typically rent over the winter break. The owner keeps it in good shape. The basics are available and in good working order. I appreciate that there is plenty of space yet feels warm and is easy to heat up so you’re always cozy in the winter. It easily fits 6-8 people without a need for couches. Folks have plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms and the eating/dining room. Good space for movie night (tv is large and two couches are comfortable). Provides some board games and the outdoor space is huge so lots of room for kids and pets to run around, or deck space to get in some early or sunset yoga /meditations. While it is on a main road, it’s set back and incredibly private. Sunlight comes in so well but at night, I felt safe! Doors lock tight and front has bright lights so no one can hide. Plenty of parking for 4-6 cars though without any pulling out /double parking, easily fits 4. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.
