Holiday rentals with beach access in Sferracavallo, Palermo

A wonderful stay in terrasini. This place is perfect to enjoy the town, easily get to the beach and everything you need to feel right at home including two wonderful balconies ( great spot for doing some work, eating or enjoying the sea views ) . After staying for 14 days we decided to extend our stay as it was just bliss. Margherita also offered a taxi service to the airport making life very easy. Margherita is an amazing host, very welcoming and responsive and easygoing. We loved our stay!!

Bardzo ładny, mały apartament na parterze z miejscem do zaparkowania samochodu i bezpośrednim dostępem do plaży. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, choć brakowało czajnika elektrycznego (ale przecież jesteśmy we Włoszech - tu dominuje kawa i wino!:)) Do dyspozycji były również leżaki i parasole na plażę. Dobra baza wypadowa do Palermo, Trapani i Segesty. Giuseppe przyjął nas osobiście, wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił. Polecił nam również wspaniałą restaurację na świąteczny obiad.

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

When booking we were looking for a place as close as possible to the airport and this fit our need perfectly. We were on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and the water. There is a outside staircase but Giuseppe carried out suitcases up for us. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds and a nice outside sitting area where we enjoyed coffee and evening drinks. Giuseppe said during the main season he provides a meal menu. At the time of our stay the only option in walking distance was pizza. If you have a car there are other options for dinner.

The stay was fantastic! The apartment is great and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The hosts are very very nice and helpful. I can recommend this Airbnb to everyone and would come back anytime.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Wir (2 Personen) haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Dort angekommen konnten wir unser Auto direkt davor parkieren. Ruhige und chamante Gegend und sehr nahe am Meer! Francesco hatte uns zuvor Infomiert, dass seine Mutter beim Check-In anwesend sein wird. Sie hatte bereits auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Untwekunft war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Francesco hat uns einen Tag vor unserer Abreise eine kurze Checkliste gesendet und somit einen Reibungslosen Check-Out ermöglicht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Villa avec deux belles terrasses protégées dont une donnant sur la plage avec une vue magnifique.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Mondello und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Strände und das türkisblaue Meer waren atemberaubend schön. Die Ferienwohnung unserer Gastgeberin Gabriella war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber Schatten und lädt abends zu einem Glas Wein ein – einfach wunderschön. Gabriella ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, als uns mitten in der Nacht die Haustür zugefallen ist und der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Wir riefen Gabriella an, und ihr Ehemann kam sofort, um uns zu helfen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch bei Fragen und mit nützlichen Tipps war Gabriella immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt – besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank, Gabriella, für diesen unvergesslichen, schönen Urlaub! Grazie mille ♡♡♡

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll! Nur in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer war es einfach zu stickig, weil es dort keine Klimaanlage gab, und das Fenster zu öffnen, wäre zu laut gewesen in der Nacht. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die 2 Terassen waren auch toll! Zum Urlaubsort an sich (Aspra) muss man sagen, dass man ohne Auto leider nur schlecht weg kommt (es gibt aber ein paar mal am Tag einen kostenlosen shuttle) und dort wenig zu tun ist. Der Strand ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Er ist nicht besonders schön, aber tut seinen Zweck. Ich würde viele Tagesausflüge empfehlen, ansonsten ist es ein guter Ort für einen Detox! :)

The best part is the terrace with sea view. And the beach close by with a nice restaurant. Davide is a super responsive, friendly and helpful host. We appreciated the fresh fruits, biscuits and coffee on arrival, it makes you feel welcome. The only downside is that the appartment was and smelled a bit damp when we arrived. Maybe we were the first after the winter season. We solved it by keeping the door and window open for a while, the room freshner spray that we found and the good airconditioning system.

For a small town there is lots of life! it was nice to see the park used by you and old. Great location away from the city but close enough for exploring. A well proportioned space with the expected services. A sun trap in the morning. Host was always on hand.

Un accueil personnalisé et arrangeant, l’appartement était très propre et la terrasse super agréable Le quartier un peu défraîchi n’est pas le point fort mais la résidence en bout de court est sécurisée et propre Le petit plus: le boulanger qui y vient livrer les viennoiseries et pains frais tous les matins nous a beaucoup plu Merci à nos hôtes de nous avoir facilité le séjour

Wir wollten dem Karneval entfliehen und haben uns für Sizilien entschieden. Das war ganz schön blauäugig, denn in Italien wird offensichtlich Karneval gefeiert und Cinisi ist eine Hochburg. 🤡 Die Wohnung ist gigantisch groß. Sie war äußerst sauber und sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Fön fehlte, also wurde von den Vermietern einer gekauft und umgehend vorbei gebracht. Von Cinisi aus kann man den Westen der Insel prima erkunden und ist ratzfatz am Flughafen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Siamo stati in quest'alloggio dall'11 al 24 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo! la spiaggia pubblica è raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi mentre i lidi sono raggiungibili con 5 min in auto. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima per raggiungere tutti i servizi in pochissimi minuti a piedi (panificio, pescheria, supermercato etc) e anche il centro della città dove la sera è possibile passeggiare tranquillamente. L'appartamento è fresco, nuovo, accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari. Balestrate è un ottimo punto per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutti i luoghi caratteristici della Sicilia occidentale. Super consigliato!

Le logement de Santo correspondait parfaitement à la description et était accessible grâce à la présence de Santo qui était là pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Il nous a facilité notre arrivée en repoussant notre heure d'arrivée à 21h00 ce qui nous a permis de visiter Palerme en continu sans avoir à revenir à son logement à 15h00 pour y entrer. En arrivant le soir, nous avons pu garer notre voiture de location dans le parking privé intérieur de la résidence moyennant 10€ mais c'était plus sûr que dans la rue. Grâce à sa grande réactivité, nous avons échanger en toute tranquillité avec lui. Je recommande vivement Santo pour la qualité et l'emplacement de son logement situé non loin du centre-ville accessible facilement à 10mn à pieds.

Angela war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und einfach. Sie empfiehl uns für den Abend direkt unten am Strand die Pizzeria aufzusuchen, diese war wirklich top und sicherlich die beste Pizza des gesamten Urlaubs! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse gefiel uns sogar besser wie dies von den Fotos ersichtlich war. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad, welches auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügte. Rundum war es eine super Wohnung mit einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter vom Zentrum Balestrate entfernt. Ebenfalls war es toll, dass die Wohnung weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt war, sodass man mit einem Bier oder Wein auch mal einen schönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen konnten. Sollten wir uns nochmal für ein paar Tage in Balestrate entscheiden, würden wir nicht zögern und sofort gerne wieder bei Angela in der Wohnung unterkommen!
