Holiday rentals with beach access in Sicily

Fabio’s place was lovely, full of character & charm with views of the water. Having the washing machine was a real plus. The location was great for walking to restaurants & the pedestrian zone, easy access to the port for ferries & a good base to visit Erice which is a must. He was a wonderful & responsive host, giving us many helpful recommendations!

Lovely apartment right at the heart of this beautiful coastal town. Large balcony gets the sun all day. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. We had a very enjoyable stay! Could use a couple more pillows on the bed and a couple of loungers on the balcony.

We celebrated our wedding in Sicily and Robin's apartment was the perfect choice for our place. From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures and was spotlessly clean. Robin welcomed us warmly, supported us with great tips on excursions and restaurants and repeatedly inquired about our well-being. We had a wonderful time in Sicily and unforgettable honeymoon. With a laughing and a crying eye, we have returned home – but one thing is certain: we will be back! Thank you so much, Robin, for everything!

We stayed in Giselda and Colin's apartment for 6 nights. Very nice that we were met at the gas station downstairs, so we could drive up after them. Excellent apartment, with terrace where you have a beautiful view. The sea is as wide as the crow flies but without a car it is heavy. We drove down where we reached a nice small beach overlooking Cefalú via a path. Apartment is well equipped.. we did not cook but everything is there to do so. Dishwasher and washing machine are what was very nice. In addition to Cefalú, there are many beautiful places to visit that are worth visiting, including: Castelbuono, Santa Stefano di Camastra, Castel di Tusa and others. Definitely recommendable

Fantastic place with private beach access. Something amazing. Everything looked like in the photos, so very good :) Martina is very helpful, we had trouble with the internet when we arrived and we couldn't read the directions. We were afraid that we would not go to the address and then Martina involved her Daddy, who drove us to the place. Thank you for your help and everything. I RECOMMEND!

Alessandro’s place was comfortable for us. The location is excellent but be aware that his street is under construction so you cannot drive up to the building, if you arrive by car. Hopefully this will finish up soon. It was very quiet at night.

Salvatore is a perfect host. He was extremely welcoming. He kindly informed us on the day of our arrival that the apartment would be ready earlier and was there to greet us. The flat was immaculately clean, had all the things we needed, including a lovely roof terrace. We loved the colourful furniture matching the beautiful tiled floors. It was a pleasure to hear about the family connection and history of the house. One of the big advantages was the car park as parking in Cefalù is not easy. The apartment is quiet and only a short walk to the historic centre. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommended Salvatore’s home.

Great location, lots if space and nice views. Two bathrooms is convenient. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly host.

Vincenzo and his wife were extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. They welcomed me as a friend and took good care of their Airbnb. The home has a modern amenities and plenty of space to park a car. The area around Gallina has a lot of swimming options and the house is a few minutes to the highway if you want to go north to Catania or Siracusa or south to Modica and Scicli.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We had a great stay at the house. It is very clean and has a very large and nice terrace with nice views. We will be happy to come back!

We spent my husband's birthday and the holidays in Fulvio's comfortable villa and enjoyed a wonderful time there. The house was very clean and spacious and the mentioned amenities were provided. There is a restaurant (Graffiti) within walking distance of the house, but for the other amenities, such as a supermarket and the like, I would still recommend a rental car. Highly recommended is Mondello beach, even in the winter period it is good to stay there. Palermo city is about 20 minutes by car from the villa and the airport about 25 minutes by car. There are several (historical) sights in the area, so you won't get bored. Fulvio himself is very helpful and responded very quickly when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place and host.

What an amazing location! The house is exactly as described -quiet, right on the beach, all amenities as listed. Miki gave us recommendations for the area. Overall a wonderful trip!

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

We spent three nights at Paolo’s place, We highly recommend it, Communication was great, the house is very clean, freshly painted, it has all you need to stay comfortably. Paolo is an exceptional host, he greeted us in person and came again upon our departure. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions about places to visit and eat. this is a spacious, homely flat with a great shower and comfortable bed. views are great and the terrace is wonderful (what a shame it rained every day - we only managed two breakfasts and an afternoon read and rest for an hour). hope you have better luck with the weather. bathroom us great with a strong and large shower. bed is comfortable. for me a fab. feature us the bedroom which is totally dark with the types of blinds. (you can choose to have it lighter). friendly host, clear instructions. try the Japanese restaurant (in am underground complex next to the little tower in tge garden opposite caffe epoca. Nobushi - lovely staff, terrific food! short walk to Gslatea metro which takes you into the centre and short walk to Catsnia Europa station where you can get a train to Taormina (trains are cheap, clean and comfortable (amd yoi can buy tickets on train line so super easy!)

Great apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect beach location. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Maria is a great host, making you feel very welcome ready for your Sicilian adventure.

Salvatore was a very kind , responsive and helpful host. He seemed genuinely concerned about our enjoyment and well being and was very helpful when we needed help solving a medical issue. His place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great because it was quiet and peaceful but very close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the harbour is stunning.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

It was great to stay at Claudia’s place, very late check in was possible, the apartment was very clean and had everything even a breakfast with amazing view and Claudia was very friendly and always helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

We loved the Island of Favignana. Patrizia place was perfect. It felt like home. very clean, well stocked for cooking. She greeted us and was always available if needed. Very convenient to walk into the town centre only a few minutes. Highly recommend anyone to stay in Patrizia place.

To wake up to this view is just wonderful and it is great to just walk out the back garden door and be on the beach! The 2 of us were here early May and the beach was basically empty because it was off-season, so it was really relaxing to chill out and swim. It didn't matter that it is a bit small because the balcony is big and is great for breakfast while watching and listening to the waves. The roof terrace above is HUGE; great for watching gorgeous sunsets and the starry night sky. Roberto met us at check-in and explained everything we needed to know about the place and gave us great tips about the area. From here we took day trips around the west coast to amazing ruins and the cities/towns close-by. There is no parking on the property but the parking lot is just 1 minute away. There is delicious seafood restaurant on the beach by the parking lot. If you want a relaxing beach front apartment and have rented a car, this is a great place to stay. Thank you Roberto! :-)
