The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place with wood supplied. We also have gas heating and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Your space downstairs includes 2 bedrooms, one with comfortable queen bed and one with double/single bed bunk. You will have your own private lounge/living area with wall mounted flat screen tv and kitchenette which leads out to a private courtyard. Separate bathroom includes shower and bath and toilet.
