Safe, cozy studio house in great location!

Enjoy a safe, comfortable stay with great views of Mt. Kilimanjaro nearby! The fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on the same property as the host’s home so you can feel safe and be assured your questions will be answered promptly! The house is inside a gated property with guard dogs out at night. Cleaning is available on either Tues or Sat. and laundry for a small fee. We are located within walking distance from several restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to get transport.

Welcome to the spacious and cozy bungalow surrounded by a beautifully large landscaped garden that allows you to slow down, relax and recharge. Enjoy this spacious studio apartment located in a safe neighborhood in Rau Kilimanjaro and a 20mnts walk to town. The property has all kitchen equipments, a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with heater. Privacy for our guest is a top priority so you can be certain to enjoy this place. Please note due to electricity shortage in Tanzania, sometimes we experience electricity cuts for a few hours. We do not have a standby generator or solar at the moment.

Peaceful home with porch in quiet surroundings

A peace full home in a quiet neighborhood. Secure fenced compound with security guard, free parking in the compound. Covered porch to enjoy the gardens and nice climate. Ground floor: two self contained bedrooms, living room, kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge, store and public bathroom. On first floor two additional rooms and big open space. Easy access to public transport. Nice view on mount Kilimanjaro.

This is a cosy apartment with large windows, bursting with natural light on the inside and surrounded by plenty of green when looking outside. Unit is within the same gated compound as the owners; a couple, their two daughters and their dog. In this space we want to share our passion for simplicity and nature.
