I thank the owner of the villa for the quick handling and responsiveness. The place is very special and quiet and can be wandered around all the time with the availability of services nearby Carrefour and some restaurants I will visit this place again

My stay at this 3-bedroom townhouse was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout made it ideal for relaxation, and the neighborhood was peaceful yet conveniently located. The hosts were responsive during my stay. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Rony's. Rony was very good at responding. ******I suggest a check on a map for Damac Hills Mimosa to get a more accurate location than using the map option on Airbnb. ******* For the two of us, there was plenty of room and privacy. It was a comfortable space in a more suburban setting. The kitchen had good amounts of crockery, pots and pans. There's a local store about 20 mins walk that has all the basics. The property is a bit remote. Depending on where you plan to visit, you may want access to a car. We used ride shares and it got pretty expensive to get around. Overall it is a good property with all thebasic needs for a restful stay.

Villa in Springs is really nice in a very peaceful part of Dubai. Surrounding area is nice for walks, there is also a pool and some playgrounds for the kids. Would definitely recommend

Excellent stay, very welcoming host, kind and serious!

This house is beautiful. I stayed here for 2 months and I loved the house and the area as well. There are a lot things to do in the area as well. So for the future if someone is booking this house they will have a wonderful time while living here. Zilola was always there to help with anything if needed and I’m sure she will do the same for future tenants as well.

The host was responsive, kind, and flexible. The place was spacious, comfortable, and located in a friendly neighborhood. I would recommend renting a car to easily access nearby supermarkets and explore Dubai with ease.
