Berry Beach Holiday Cottage is a delightful and romantic 2 storey sandstone cottage, set on 3 acres with stunning views north; arguably one of the nicest aspects in this area. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family and will appeal to those who appreciate quality and all the extra little touches. It's incredibly cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer, it's ideal for a weekend getaway or that week-long stay. It is just 1 km to Berry (Seven Mile) Beach and just 6 km's back into historic Berry.

The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

Fresh, cosy and accommodating with direct access to the waterfront at Paradise Beach, walking distance to club, golf course, shops, parks. Located with short drive to Jervis Bays beaches. You'll notice the immediate feeling of relaxation looking out over the water and taking in the breathtaking sunsets it has to offer. We have kangaroos that regularly visits the yard. There is fishing and prawning at the back door, surf skis and a kayak for your use. It is children and pet friendly.

This is a little piece of heaven, a moment for some tranquillity nestled within the Kangaroo Valley Golf Retreat on the Golf Course. A short stroll to the pool. Volleyball. court walking distance in the front yard. 2 new tennis courts Walking distance to volleyball court, Giant chess set Badminton court & pool. Quality inclusions. We are 4km from town. Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Cosy beachside couples getaway. I’m awash with sun-kissed rooms and nestled in a playful seaside town, lapped by the white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay. Soak up the sunshine, sip on spritzers, and witness amazing dawn skies, all on my sun-drenched deck overlooking the sparkling waters of the bay.
