I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever stayed in Egypt. Nestled in a prime location, it offers easy access to everything you might need. The space itself is remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, with hotel-style rooms that exude elegance and meticulous architectural attention to detail. Everything here is spotless, and the apartment is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, and impeccably clean, comfortable furnishings. The complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable, and the overall security of the place gave me complete peace of mind. As for Walid, he is an exceptionally gracious and hospitable host. Upon my arrival, he thoughtfully sent me valuable recommendations on where to stroll and shop in the neighborhood, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

The Boho house is one of the reasons that made me love Cairo. I’m really grateful for taking the decision to rent with Ahmed, Ahmed is truly amazing guy and his way of hospitality is insane, felt like home. The apartment is really cozy is really cozy with an amazing huge outdoor garden that makes it perfect, really was amazed of how green is the house and that fits all the furniture vibe.. Literally you will not need anything, the house is ready with all the equipments you can imagine, even the coffee machines, all the apps on the TV, really made it very easy to enjoy my stay like how i’m stay at home, even better. Not to talk about the location, the house is almost 5 mins away from all well known area, Cairo festival mall, Katameya downtown, all the coffee shops and restaurants, really the location was the best, made me discover a lot of areas in very short time. grateful to know someone like you Ahmed, really thank a lot for everything and the hospitality you gave, see you soon 🙌🏼

Great place , near to everything,near to the most popular cafes and restaurants in Egypt. Very clean and neat place with a very respectful and friendly host. A huge place that is good to big families. It’s really valuable and beautiful house. It’s an experience that will be repeated.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

My stay in this apartment was one of the best stays I had in Cairo. Since I saw the pictures, I was curious that this apartment actually existed with these wonderful specifications. The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet area close to new places, luxury complexes and wonderful restaurants. The apartment is distinguished by its large space and beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the golf courses. (Note that it has more than one terrace. ) Everything was in its place and really clean. I came to stay with some family and despite arriving late at night we were welcomed into the Airbnb and given a tour as well. We had everything we needed and were even given recommendations of places to eat in different areas and cuisines. It was tidy and spotless and we had no issues with the apartment. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

The appartment was fully equipped, all things were clean and perfect. And she was always there to support .

**Excellent Stay in Zamalek – Highly Recommended!** I had a fantastic stay at this flat in Zamalek. The location is perfect, in a vibrant yet peaceful area with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and the Nile. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Cairo!

Fantastic place! Cant fault it at all. Had a slight issue with hit water in the shower but the on site caretaker sorted it out pronto and came to check if it was still working the next day. Great apartment has everything we needed, even has an really good iron and ironing board which came in very handy!! Thank you!

Lovely area. Very safe and friendly. Close to shops and amenities. Fadwa and her co-hosts were helpful and responsive. They even accommodated our arrival around 11.30 pm

The area is quite calm and safe, Nael is Friendly and helpful he gave me advises about the city, there was small issues but Nael was responsive and he solved it, i recommend the place for the people who likes the quiet areas which is far away from the city traffic

Modern , clean , well furnished apartment in a secure well maintained compound ( Mountain View) in Hyde Park Complex. The host ( Mohamed Islam) is responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The compound is mostly inhabited but some units have occasional ‘finish construction’ noise which could be a nuisance for some people but hopefully this will go away with time.

Wessam and his team are just very professional. Booking & check-in went smoothly. The apartment is just great!! The location is unbeatable, right across the street from the Food Court. So, shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets are right nearby, you really just have to cross the street. At the same time, the apartment is very quiet, spacious and very clean. Just like in the pictures and is very well equipped. I didn't miss anything. I was very happy about the filter coffee machine, and was able to enjoy my coffee every morning in peace. Wessam's team was always available when you book it or have a question. My stay there was just excellent, I will definitely book the apartment again. Thanks to Wessam and his team.

Bassem is a really good host. He is very friendly and helpful and reacts super fast. His apartment is amazing. We stayed there for the second time and it has a lot of space and an amazing rooftop terrace. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants reachable in walking distance. We will definitely come back again.
