The Santa Monica Sunset - oceanfront luxury

We loved our stay. The home is beachfront, and the ocean view at sunset from the patios was stunning. We were expecting a smaller unit but we were pleasantly surprised that it’s a huge waterfront home (around 4400 sq ft) with three spacious floors, and a big master suite. Every room has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is great soundproofing and with the power shades, it feels nice and private. Bonus points for all the guests supplies available to us - the kitchen and bathrooms were really well stocked. Everything was brand new and we were told we were the first guests, which was a real treat. We look forward to coming back and making more memories!! Highly recommend !!

Wow wow wow! What an incredible experience! Everything was absolutely perfect. We had the most incredible time and truly appreciate every ounce of hospitality! The home is decorated to the nines! The cleanliness and the attention to detail is beyond! There’s literally everything you would ever need! We cannot wait to stay again! Thank you again for being the perfect host! :-)

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our weekend stay here. The house itself was wonderful and Jeff was one of the most thoughtful and welcoming hosts we've ever encountered. He was super quick to respond to any questions and made it clear that we could reach out about anything at all. There were so many nice touches - the ceiling heaters above the outdoor dining table made it perfect for breakfast and dinner out there. Bedding and towels were super soft and new, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked (with Jeff saying, "if you need something and it's not here, just let me know and I'll bring it over.")

This house was incredible. The photos don’t do this place justice, as it far exceeded my expectations. The view and sunsets are amazing and everything about the house is perfect. I’ve stayed at maybe 15+ high end Airbnbs some much bigger and more expensive than this, but this was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. It is very quiet and secluded with beautiful nature and hikes nearby. It is about 25ish minutes to the Malibu country mart or calabasas for shopping/food with a few options about 15min away, but Uber works out there if you don’t have a car.

My extended family and I stayed for 8 days. The home was stylish and the grounds were well kept. We absolutely loved the view. I give this house 4 1/2 stars. It WAS truly nice but for what we paid, I’d much prefer impeccable. They’re so close. A few more pans, not pots, for families that cook and a more pleasant scent. We tried with candles but the dog smell was potent. I’m picky but we enjoyed and it IS GORGEOUS.

This house was lovely. We stayed here for a few nights on our way back home from the snow and it was fabulous. It is in such a great location walking distance to lots of great restaurants and supermarkets. The host were amazing and the communication was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and neighborhood! It fit my group of 12 comfortably with plenty of activities around the house in our down time. There was plenty else to do in the area as well unless we went to the beach no drive was longer than 15min. For sure will be back soon!

I had an exceptional stay at Camden House in Beverly Hills! The property is stunning—exactly as described, if not better. The house was immaculate, with luxurious decor and top-notch amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living spaces were both stylish and cozy. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Beverly Hills. It’s close to all the iconic spots, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and private, allowing for a truly relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a particular highlight, offering a beautiful space to unwind and enjoy the California sunshine. Communication with the host was smooth and effortless. They were attentive, provided excellent local tips, and ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish.

Celebrated a mini family gathering in LA and had a wonderful time at the Trousdale Grand. Everything was as presented and worked great! Our host was very accommodating and the one-story residence was perfect for our large family to enjoy including the outdoor swimming pool, deck area and incredible LA/Century City views. Thank you to the team at Trousdale for their assistance with our Hibachi dinner service and overall making our trip one for the memory books!
