Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sherrills Ford, Lake Norman of Catawba

This place accomodated our family of 4 very well. The home was extremely spacious, clean and accurately described. The beds were also extremely comfortable and made for great rest after a full day of adventures. The host was responsive and have plenty of recommendations if things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to book again in the future!

Rick and Judy were communicative and warm from the very beginning! There are signs posted everywhere which I especially appreciate. This place has everything! Lovely hosts, washer/dryer, dishwasher, tv, large walk-in shower, fire pit, and amazing views right on the lake with all of the toys one could ever wish for!! Rick mentioned that many people that have visited have even purchased homes and become neighbors! I believe it’s the highest amount of synergy between a guest and host that I’ve ever heard of. We hope to return in the warmer months to experience all the lake has to offer.

my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

We had a wonderful stay. The airbnb is super cute and cozy. It was beautiful to wake up to the sunrise over the lake. It's convenient to get to and from off the major roadway. I look forward to coming back again the next time I'm visiting family!

Such a beautiful place! The house matched the description and had more amenities than listed. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was clean and fresh. Owner was very responsive and flexible. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

Super cute home, very comfortable from the furniture to sheets. It was very clean but had some ants in the kitchen.

Easy check in and out. Very clean & looks exactly like photos. Wifi was not working on check in, but host was quick to respond and it was fixed the next day. Definitely take your time and look through all cabinets and closets so you know where everything is. A lot of extras were provided, which would have made things easier on us had we checked. We accidently left our car door wife open overnight, and, despite being beside a road, nothing was stolen. My husband is a big man, and the master bed did not work for us, but we moved to the bedroom across the laundry room and it was perfect. Couch was EXTREMELY comfy. All in all, will not hesitate to stay again.

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

This condo is true to the pictures. Very classy and well maintained. It’s in a fantastic location and Jeremy is a sheer joy to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to return in the very near future!

Great location. Space was very clean and perfect for our short 2 night weekend. The rental was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Included parking close to the front door was always available as we came and went. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate our hosts having us.
