It is a tiny house within walking distance to all the beaches of Kisami.(Ichida Beach is the nearest 7-minute walk/11m above sea level) It is especially recommended for those who like surfing and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. Ocean front cottage 10 seconds to the sea, fully rented beach house!

It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. Entire 1-floor inn to be healed by the sound of the waves Manazuru/Yugawara/Atami Fishing/Surfing/Hiking /Woodstove/

It is one of the few beachfront properties in the Yugawara area.(Access to the waves within 100 steps of the road!) It is also good to swim and surf, but you can relax reading a book while listening to the sound of the waves, and it is nice to relax. The best Chill is waiting for you. We have installed outdoor living on the 1st deck.There is a wood stove and outdoor sink for a relaxing time while watching the bonfire flames. I can't see the sunset, but I don't get tired of seeing the pale changing colors. In the morning, you can see the refreshing sunrise and Sagami Bay, the Manazuru Peninsula, Izu Oshima, and Hatsushima.

This house is a traditional 20 year old Japanese house. It is totally private as it's surrounded by trees. There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.
