Kan’s house is truly a gem – unique, spacious, and beautifully designed! Every corner of the house reflects thoughtful attention to detail, making it an inspiring and comfortable place to stay. We were especially impressed by the abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a host, Kan exceeded our expectations with his proactive communication and genuine care. He was always available to offer assistance and even checked in to make sure we were doing well during our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to popular areas like Shibuya, Meguro, Roppongi, and Ginza. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience in Tokyo, staying in a one-of-a-kind home that blends style and functionality.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Stayed in the place for 7 day overall the place is very spacious and clean walk able to 7-11 and family Mart. Great access to the subway which connects to the city and easy bus access to ikebokuro. The only I would say is that bit far from subways for the walk. But if you traveling with family it’s worth the stay.

This Spring Festival I stayed here for 11 days and 10 nights, the room is very clean, the landlord is very welcoming, and I can respond to the host every time I have asked the host for the first time. This is my first time staying in a homestay in Tokyo, I can cook my own meals, the space is spacious, just like my own home.

Stayed here with a family of seven over winter break 2024. While it's technically Shinjuku, it's not in the super busy part near the main station that many people think of. There are two subway stations within walking distance which will get you to Shinjuku and the Yamanote line etc. on the Marunouchi line, so count on riding that a lot. Note that the address doesn't quite get you in front of the building on Google Maps, but pretty close. It's pink, so not too hard to find. For some reason there's a beauty parlor on Google Maps right on this spot (but no actual beauty parlor to be seen.) The facilities are of course small by Western standards (this is Tokyo) but were comfortable and adequate for our group. The stairs are quite steep but there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor if that's a problem for anyone in your group. Recommended for larger groups if you don't mind a little bit of transit to get to a big station like Shinjuku.

It is about 10 minutes to the east exit of Ikebukuro, and there are also parking lots in the district.The room was clean overall, but there were stains that were a little harder to notice.The check-in information is detailed and convenient.Overall a good place to stay.

This is a great spot for a Tokyo trip. It’s quiet, private, and easy to get to. The host is super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back when I visit Japan again.

Feels like home, very cozy and very very easy to access, near train station, and the area is peaceful also. The host is very very kind and responsive, give us all our needs and answer all our questions very well. Definitely will come back here in the future with my family.

Had a short stay and did not have a chance to walk around nearby since we had a car. Very private and quiet location. Host was responsive and offered us to check in early at their other house.

This one-family villa is especially suitable for a family or a group of friends.The room is clean and hygienic, newly renovated, and the layout and display of the room are very attentive.Great location, you don't have to worry about traveling with kids. There is also another subway line nearby, shopping and dining are convenient, and the wine in Izakaya is quite good!A large 7-11 supermarket with a variety of things in it, and I also found a 24-hour oversized drugstore, which is full and fragrant!Finally, be sure to praise the host's sister's strong communication skills, replied very quickly, gave us a lot of feasibility suggestions, all for us to protect us on this trip!Have a nice stay!
