Self contained unit attached to main house with own entry and private garden. Queen size bed in main room with small room adjoining that has single bed and tea and coffee making facilities,fridge,microwave,toaster. En-suite with toilet, shower and wash basin, adjoins little room. Original art works by Caroline Colman and Mac Betts. Sculpture collection in garden. Sit outside and enjoy the views of the hills and our beautiful WA birds (magpies, galahs,parrots,wattlebirds,wrens, honey eaters etc)

Dempster Cottage is a quant honeymoon style cottage with an additional bed in the sitting area which can sleep another adult or child. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday getaway or centrally located to explore many of Perth’s historic towns. There is also additional accommodation available on the estate if required.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.
