Holiday rentals with beach access in Shkodër

Great place with an amazing sunset view. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was easy and straightforward. The place was spotless and as shown in the pictures.

AirBNB issue is always finding the residence but once found - a treat is always in store. You have the full penthouse, wrap around balcony, stunning views. Honestly couldnt have wished for anything better and for the price its unbeatable. My family loved it, its a shame we were there only a night but we remembered the night the most. Shower / bathroom facilities all clean, room clean - AC worked. What more can I say.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Isabella is a great host! She is very nice person, responsive, giving local recommendations and advises. She even went above and beyond and picked us up from the bus station. Her place is in quiet neighbourhood, tidy, very comfy, with all that you need for short as well as for longer stay. Beautiful rocky beaches (public and wild) within walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes walk). Little bit uphill to the grocery store, but manageable. I do recommend Isabella's place!

We had such a lovely time at Ali’s place. Ali’s whole family was incredibly kind and helpful - they gave us loads of local recommendations, and even some not-so-local ones for our onward journey. The flat was spotless and the view from the balcony was a highlight: peaceful and perfect for chilling in the sun! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Ulcinj.

We were guests of Nikola and Aferdita in Ulcinj. The apartment has a great location and everything necessary and the beach is within walking distance. The apartment is modern and cheerfully decorated and is very well equipped. Nikola and Aferdita were always available to us and really very hospitable. We had a great vacation

Allda was responsive to our questions and was very helpful. The location was right on a beach close to restaurants and Ulcinj is a great location for those wanting a peaceful holiday.

Very nice stay, very clean, easy contact with the owners, all things taken care of immediately, 10 minute walk to the beach or the cliff where you can enjoy the sunset. Hosts greeted us with local fruit, arrived by car at the airport for an additional fee. We recommend trying grilled fish with Jamie Oliver's friend! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

From the welcome to the farewell, Alen took care of us perfectly and made us feel at home. The accommodation was in the best condition and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location was just perfect for exploring the city. Alen was always friendly, helpful and gave us great tips to make the most of our stay.
