Holiday rentals in Shkodra Lake

I stayed in 4separate apts in this bldg and this apt was my favorite. A huge plus is the common areas: pool, bbq, fire-pit, gym and spa area. When I come back to Montenegro I will stay here.

Ivana was a wonderful host - very friendly and helpful, and her place was neat and clean and had everything we needed. The location is quite good too. A short walk from the local attractions and has a fee supermarkets and restaurants a stone’s throw awag

Atypical houses. Lot of possibilities for quiet journey. Excellent contact with the owners living nearby.

Serenity villa is part of “must stay “ category. The contemporary exteriors flow well with earthy warm colors and modern interiors. The villa is a peaceful retreat on the top of the hill with a marvelous view of the Shkodra Lake. Benida and Pikhost very commutative, we needed charcoal for the grill and they responded right away, the maintenance guy (Isa) was so helpful. Definitely will return to this vila. A paradise place you don't want to leave. Pure tranquility, nature and idyll. The tiny houses are very modern and lovingly furnished. There is binoculars as well as bicycles and canoes to explore the fantastic surroundings and wildlife. The landlord is very nice and friendly and available at any time. Everything is great, thank you so much for the unforgettable days! 💯👍😎

Bojan was incredibly helpful, friendly and proactive in making my stay the best! full of peace, happiness and adventure! best place to have kayak, ride bicycle and have private tranquil moments on the lake. would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to staying again! thank you Bojan!

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

It was amazing experience. The apartment, view and interior design is so good. The place was clean and it has everything you need. And Tamara was so helpful, friendly and great host. Thanks for everything!
