My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic stay. Tracy is so welcoming. She thought of everything, even making some cupcakes for us which were delicious. The location is ideal and the views are fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean too. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Tracy.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Hot tub was a real treat! Big thank you to an excellent host, who responded immediately when I had a question about the heating. Perfect!

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

First of all can i say how clean the villa was, i was impressed by the cleanliness! Easy to find and easy to check in. Beautifully renovated to a very high standard with high spec fixtures and fittings. Fully equipped,didnt want for anything. Comfy beds and sofas and linen and towels smelling lovely and fresh. Good size tv with good internet. Lovely garden even has a bbq! Lots of shops around and liked tescos being just across the road. Friendly responsive hosts would 100% book again :)

Myself and two friends had a lovely 2 night stay at 11 Shingle Bay. The caravan was lovely, clean and spacious with everything we needed. A real home from home and in a great location for visiting our friend in Littlestone. Julie was a great host who was friendly and quickly responded to any communication. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

We had such a lovely stay over new year. The house was in a perfect location and we had more than enough space for 6 adults to all dine and enjoy. Communication with the hosts was good, the house was easy to find and getting access was no trouble at all. The perfect stay!

Linda was really helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained and only a short walk away from local pubs and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend Linda as a host if you are planning on staying in Deal.

We stayed in this lovely house over New Year’s to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is wonderful—thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing few days away with friends. The living room was especially cosy and homely, with plenty of space for all seven of us to gather comfortably. The overall feel of the place is modern yet welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we didn’t explore as much as we’d hoped, but the village looks charming and worth a visit in better conditions. Luckily it meant we had more time to enjoy the hot tub in the back garden! The hosts were fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us to ring in the New Year. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others!
