The best pool villa during a 7-night trip to Thailand. It's really peaceful to lie in the pool while listening to the sound of birds and bells. I tried to stay for 2 nights, but I extended it by 1 night and had a really good rest for 3 nights. Pattaya doesn't have traffic jam like Bangkok, so you can take a grab taxi and go to the sea and downtown area right away. I'll definitely be booking this place next time in Pattaya!

The overall environment was very clean and also very suitable with children, not afraid of being noisy, and the space was very large!!The bed was a good night's sleep!The host was also very nice and very attentive to help with any issues!!Truly recommend you all💕

Stayed here for 7 nights with the boys. The pool is bigger than average, rooms were bigger and each had a TV and washroom which made things very convenient for my friends and I. Host was very nice and responsive and took care of any concerns I had. Would book again next time I’m in pattaya

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and well-renovated house in Pattaya! It's in a great location—close to Walking Street yet peaceful. The private pool was perfect, and the amenities, including a modern kitchen and comfortable furniture, made it feel like home. The host was friendly and responsive, and having water and electricity included was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for the third time, but this time, the staff came to change the people in general. The house was okay, but not okay with the staff. Check in the evening that the other kitchen light was on. The staff promised to come and see it in the end. On the day of check out, informed the agent that they would check out at 11.30. The staff called and asked several times and said that it was another 10 minutes, but lastly waited for half an hour.

Host was friendly and helpful. Accommodatiin was top notch, just like the photos. Cleaning staff were thorough. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, aircon great. The location was ideal as we rented mopeds and so easy ride into jomtien etc. Walking distance to local beach and plenty if restaurants. We stayed a month and loved every minute. Getting a taxi pick was sometimes challenging but usually turned up. Would highly recommend. Our family and friends loved the villa. Great tv too.

First of all the host, it is absolutely fine! Good people! And kind!This must be a compliment! Would also help like redeeming baht!The ratio is also good! Come and feel, breakfast is not for Chinese, the bread is hard, the free ones are canceled by me! Electricity is 7 baht per unit, 5 days as if we used around 500 rmb.. the most critical came, the house is staying every day, no cleaning is included! That is, there is a charge for living shouters! This is unacceptable! Generally, there are a lot of items charged,

The housekeeper conscientiously appreciates it, and the tub in the master room cannot be used.
