We have an amazing time. Clean, great outdoor area, perfect for families.

House is well maintained. Does creak when you walk around, but it is to be expected of a house on stilts. The entrance to the house from verandah requires a large step up (or step down if you are leaving). Older folks found it a bit challenging. Perhaps putting an extra step there would help. Interior of house was clean. The BBQ place wasn't adequately cleaned though. The toilets were a bit cramped. And no hot water. But a pail was provided for each toilet, so you can put hot water inside it to bathe. There were no ants or mosquitoes inside the house. But a lot of moths (outside the house) attracted to lights. So doors and windows had to be closed at night. No AC in living room or dining. But there were fans and it wasn't that hot inside the house and can open doors and windows for cross ventilation - just not at night. There was AC in 2 bedrooms which was cold enough. House is not far from the road, so you can hear vehicles. But still managed to sleep despite this. Overall, it was a g

suitable for family gatherings. my kids & fruit kids really enjoy playing kids pool.. so I don't want to go home.. a quiet homestay..clean.. it's easy to communicate with the owner..good..friendly...there is my sustenance coming again...

Serenity PD is a very nice colonial bungalow with lots of indoor & outdoor spaces. There are 2 very well equipped kitchens, 5 well furnished bedrooms as advertised, 6 clean bathrooms with amenities, 2 comfortable living rooms and a karaoke/ movie room which we enjoyed, and 2 large dining rooms- one indoor & one outdoor and a large function room. Outdoor space towards the sea is great for our group exercise/ Tai Chi and Frisbee. Pool is clean & pump working. Breakfast & tea provided are tasty. The manager Serene is very responsive and proactive in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The care-taker, En Wan is also very responsive to our little requests. Only snag is access to the beach is blocked by construction and land reclamation work there. But all in all we had a great & memorable family time there. 👍👍

The home was clean & well maintained. Host is very responsive of your needs . The location is peaceful & good for family gatherings. Lots of place to create fun games. Many restaurants & eating places just on the main road & hyper markets. Downside swimming pool is quite small

The house is large can housed 22 adults with 11 beds. Taufiq the assistant was so friendly and responsive. Really nice place with nice well kept landscape. Walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurant around though we had our BBQ dinner. Only problem we had was the house is too near to the main road. In the middle of the night there are groups of mat rempit (group of bikers, not 1 but few groups taking turn) making so so much noise until almost 3am caused so much of nuisance. We reckon it was a pre Labour Day hence all the Malay guys were out for fun but that was extremely inconsiderate considering revving the bike during that hour. However that was beyond anyone’s control since they did in public space. We will certainly come back if opportunity allows. All the adults and kids had great time staying in this house.

Big property with lots of activities to do, never a dull moment! Special shoutout to Cris, made us feel right at home.

very new unit with nice piece of Kareoke. there are portable speakers that you could move outside at the swimming pool for a more chilling atmosphere. there are camping chairs which you could bring to the beach for a nice picnic! overall, it's a good place for a family gathering and best part is there are activities for both kids and old folks!

We spent two nights here on a family vacation, I must say everything was excellent, clean and the villa was very spacious. My family really enjoyed our stay there, and it felt really comfortable. Great place, would definitely recommend it for big families. Not to forget, we had a wonderful host, thank you.

Surely nice for a small reunion. It’s quite a privacy place. In the centre of teluk kemang. Easy to access to anything.

Great three story placed used for bridal house, big open space front of the house to accommodate family and friends. Close to swimming pool. Quite neighborhood. Big interior space for many activities to be done together (MJ night, K sessions, movie session, chill in the room). Great space overall!!!
