The fantastic, luxuriously frieze-style new thatched-roof house is located in the middle of wonderful nature and absolute tranquility. The lagoon and the bathing bay are within walking distance. 130m² on 2 levels, luxurious equipment with real wood floors and stone tiles from Italy, large open kitchen, sauna, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, large garden with 2 sun terraces, 2 car parking spaces at the house, lockable bicycle garden house with socket and central electric roller shutter.

The holiday apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. There is a free car parking space in front of the house. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours to the island hinterland and the Achterwasser.

The cutest tiny house 5 minute walk to the sea doesn't exi... Yup. It feels inspiring to be here. Perfect for couples. Ideal for solo travelers seeking a cosy space to read, journal, relax. Equipped with a pretty fridge, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, dripper & coffee filters. There is a wooden private terrace made for morning yoga flow. Bathrooms & kitchen are shared with the rest of our campsite community. At our neighbors "BOKA" restaurant you can get pizza napoletana & natural wines.

Incl. 2x wellness voucher at Steigenberger Grandhotel (November - April, Mon - Thu, 17.00 - 22.00, only 2 minutes away). This accommodation does not have its own private pool and sauna, but these can be used free of charge for you due to the wellness vouchers in neighboring Steigenberger.

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable pets are welcome. The proximity of such cities as Szczecin. After an eventful day, you can light a bonfire, cook sausages, and enjoy the rural peace. Complementary Swimming Poll open from July 10 till September 15th. Dear guests, welcome to the sunny island of Usedom in Swinemünde. We offer you a newly renovated apartment with 54 sqm and fantastic views of the harbor basin. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with underground parking for your car and an elevator. It has a bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. We rent out the whole year. We would be very happy about a visit from them.
