Holiday rentals with a pool in Sidi Abdallah Ghiat

Our stay with the children was excellent thanks in particular to the quality of the villa's services, including air conditioning and the pool. The villa is very clean, a pool specialist and a gardener come to maintain the exteriors every 2 days. Communication with Abdellatif was excellent, he was super responsive every time and accommodating. I recommend it without so much as a second thought for a quiet stay in a beautiful setting. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment hosted by Mhamed and Oumaima has two storeys - the ground floor with the kitchen and the living room as well as one more room, and a second floor with the two sleeping rooms. On the ground floor you can go out in the private garden with a private pool. It was not very warm in January, so we were not able to use the pool and also had to use the A/Cs to warm up the apartment. The house where the apartment is, has also a beautiful garden and a large pool, which can also be used in the warm months. In front of the building is enough place to park your car. Within 10-20 minutes driving you can reach every spot in the city, so it's quite well situated. The nearby supermarket Marjane is 3 minutes by car or a 12 minutes walk. Mhamed and Oumaima were perfect hosts - very kind, responsive, and helpful! Thank you Mhamed and Oumaima for your hospitality!

Beautiful riad that we highly recommend. We were personally welcomed by Aziz and he showed us everything. When we had problems with the oven, he was there within 10 minutes despite breaking the fast and took care of it. The apartment is very and well equipped. Very nicely designed bathrooms, common areas and a beautiful staircase. The entire residence is an oasis of tranquility and beautifully greened. Despite Ramadan, 2 pools were already open. These are very well maintained.

went to anouar’s house with my family and we fell in love with the house with the bedrooms with the garden and the children loved the pool , it was a clean house everything was good we felt home , the place was so peaceful the surroundings were nice and safe and there’s some activities to do there . Anouar was always present for our request and we really appreciate it . We’ll definitely go back there .

The villa is beautifully furnished, with amazing open air facilities. Everything was very clean, and the surroundings are quiet and thus this was the perfect place to relax. The Al Maaden Golf Resort is well maintained, and the driveway leading to the car port is very pretty, with olive trees and palms lining the way. Mounir took care of the check-in and was very friendly and patient. And the gentlemen driving us from our car port to the villa were avaialable 24/7 and were very polite at all times. Youssef always responded to our queries quickly and in a helpful way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay a bit longer!

Beautiful place, we stayed for a three day trip to Morocco and had a wonderful time. the villa is amazing, enjoyed the pool, very spacious. Only thing the shower was cold last two days but other than that Tarik was a great communicator whenever we needed help

An extremely caring host. Benoit communicated well in advance so that everything could be organized before our arrival. He was always available and attentive to make our stay go smoothly. The villa is sumptuous with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Movie room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, billiards, games, etc. Each room is tastefully decorated. We were pampered by very discreet Hafida, who prepared delicious small dishes for us. The environment is peaceful with a lovely garden very well maintained. If you are looking for a place to recharge, look no further this is the place. Everything was perfect! Thanks again for everything!

We stayed at the place for a week. Everything was ready when we arrived facilitated by the presence of Rachid and Hossine to give us the key. Ilham the owner is very nice&reactive. We did not meet him but he was helpful and responded very quickly when I had any questions. The apartment is located in a quiet residence&donne on the quiet street. The pool was accessible and maintained but we did not test it. Small toilet kits were made available to us when we arrived in the orange tree of Morocco. Very nice little touches!! Clean linens and soft towels in the bathroom. The apartment is functional. It has what it takes to make a little cooking for two. There are very good shops & restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We did not use the kitchen much&washed outside to enjoy moments of interaction&-sharing in the evening during Ramadan. Thank you Ilham.😊

Perfect stay in this apartment. Everything went very well. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and conveniently located, close to everything: the train station, various restaurants, the Hivernage district and amenities. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it.

Located inside a private estate the accommodation was very comfortable with access to the pool from the terrace the parking space in front of the residence and the proximity to the medina the accommodation was perfect. To be repeated without hesitation.

Our stay in the apartment was perfect: a very good value for money with all the necessary amenities, impeccable cleanliness, a balcony as well as a very modern decoration. The rooftop with swimming pool (not heated in winter) and mountain views was a plus! Hosts also very nice, responsive and welcoming. I recommend it!

A very functional apartment with two bedrooms and many amenities that allow you to be perfectly independent. Located in a secure residence, we are perfectly quiet. The location, outside the center, allows easier access but it's best to have a vehicle to get there. Parking in front of the building allows you to park without problems. Mohammed was a very responsive host. Secure check-in with the lockbox was perfect.

The best Airbnb we have stayed at! The villa was even better in person, it was stunning. Hamza and Fatima were incredible at making sure we had what we need and made amazing food. Ahmed the driver kept a group of us 7 girls very safe and went above and beyond for us. Thank you to Afifa and Jean-Claude who were great at communicating with us before arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to all!

Really a lovely place with beautiful, large garden and very nice interior too. The only thing we found slightly annoying were the always barking dogs at night and that the location was more than half an hour from Marrakech center; you didn't just drive up and down. Thanks Serge and Ghizlane for sharing this magical place with us!

Beautiful place and amenities. Staff was great and the host organized really good team for transporting us everyday. Marrakech is beautiful. Villa is a distance from downtown but the peacefullness makes up for it.

Beautiful villa directly on the golf course, so perfect for a golfing stay. The cook and babysitter were absolutely perfect, which greatly enhanced the quality of the stay. In addition: - a car is essential for getting around, using only taxi transfers is very quickly too expensive and too restrictive - the subdivision is unfortunately unfinished with many abandoned villas in places, with just the cinder block walls. So it can be very ugly, while some areas have beautiful villas. - unheated pool so too cold even for children (we were warned) Overall an excellent stay and excellent service!

what a fantastic villa. the rooms and gardens are beautiful. The service and the food was also exceptional. But it was the extra touches, like the sports facilities, the rooftop bar and the use of the party speakers that really made it for our group. i would thoroughly recommend this place

We have just come back from an amazing week staying at Filip’s property. Filip went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, we have a small child so I am always a little nervous travelling. The housekeeper / cook absolutely made our trip, such good value and was such a luxury. We want to come back asap!! Couldn’t have been a better holiday!
