Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

We loved the place, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook from the little things we didn't expect to find :-). The host is accommodating, it's a quiet and welcoming location.

A very cozy cottage in an incredibly charming neighborhood. Peace, quiet, immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the little-known parts of the Golden/Rychlebski Mountains. Beautiful sky at night not confused by the light of a lighthouse. Perfect if someone is looking for a break from civilization with it at your fingertips (Lądek 10min away by car or less than an hour through the forest) Host very communicative, kind, and helpful. Access to a barbecue and a wood-burning fireplace is also a big plus. Well-maintained and clutter-free. However, if for some reason someone would focus on intensive use of the internet during their stay here, it is worth knowing that the gsm is residual or not at all, and the internet connection is at a moderate speed (e.g. playing a hd video on only one device at a time). I sincerely recommend the place and the host. My friends and I will be happy to come back here again.

We booked the place for 4 couples and 5 children and can only recommend it to everyone. The house is huge and very nicely decorated. A highlight is the large living-dining area with fireplace and the sauna in the garden with ice barrel. The house is designed so that each family has one or two of their own bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, so it's perfect for several families with children. The hosts were super friendly, greeted us personally (which has now become an exception on Airbnb), provided us with numerous tips for excursions and answered us immediately with any questions and always helped directly (even on New Year's Eve). A clear recommendation.

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

Perfect place for a larger group of people. We drove three couples with children. We had to fit in two of the bedrooms, but that didn't bother us. Additional beds are in the spacious hallway and furnace. There was a lot of space everywhere. The cottage went very well to heat and it wasn't cold even in the morning. 15 minutes to each side there are ski slopes. We recommend the place and would choose this cabin again next time.

Modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. Very quiet area, close to ski areas. Pleasant hosts. The top experience is a great sauna that you have all to yourself. What more could you ask for perfect relaxation. We definitely recommend 100%.

Creek cabin in Olešnice in Orlickich Horach is a place that has been captivating from the first moment. A picturesque neighborhood where the mountains meet the charm of nature, create a unique atmosphere full of peace and beauty. The mountain landscape, combined with the sound of the stream, allows you to take a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in harmony with the surrounding world. However, the biggest advantage of this place is the amazing atmosphere of family warmth, which you can feel every step of the way. A special pleasure is relaxing on the hot tub porch, from which you can enjoy both the view and the unique atmosphere of the place. Creek cabin is a perfect place to regenerate your body and spirit – I highly recommend it to anyone who dreams of a moment of respite in a mountain paradise.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for the duration and our family. We were able to visit our family during the time and have a peaceful place to rest one the afternoon. We recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Rychnov! Simiona was very helpful and communicated promptly for our checking.

Anna was a fantastic host! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the sauna, and it was great that we could cool off in the pool afterward. Since we stayed in winter, we even made an ice hole for a true cold plunge experience. The location is also nice – the house is near a road, but since it’s a dead end, there’s practically no traffic, making it very peaceful. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a great time!

An atmospheric cottage in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Forest, nature, no people, fireplace, fire pit, grill, large living room, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. Very good cell phone coverage and wifi . Clean and comfortable. Far from the store, but close to the Bouda for beer ;) Very helpful and communicative host. Flexible check-in and checkout times. The perfect place to unwind in nature with family or friends. Doesn't want to leave here... I want to come back :)

Good place for 1 night after skiing in Ramzová

We had a fantastic stay at Michal’s unique mountain retreat! From the start, he was super friendly, responsive, and kind, making us feel welcome and even recommending a great local restaurant. He lives nearby and was always available if we needed anything, which added a personal touch to our experience. The place itself is truly special - a cozy bunker-style hideaway in the remote Polish mountains. We visited in winter and used the fireplace to keep warm, but it wasn’t a problem as Michal provided plenty of firewood. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet escape. The property also features a fire pit and a charming little forest, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the serene setting and appreciated Michal’s thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway!

Beautiful cottage and even more beautiful surroundings, extremely calm and peaceful, perfect for a retreat from the city life. Our dogs loved the place and I highly recommend!

If you want a quiet getaway off the grid, I would definitely recommend. It was amazing quiet, which my partner and I really enjoyed. The shepherd's hut is nicely furnished and cozy. We look forward to staying again!

Peace of mind. We appreciated the possibility of sitting by the fire long into the night, aniz would mind. The bonus was plenty of drivia on the heater. The sauna didn't work in the summer, but we didn't mind, we didn't need it.
