Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge. Cell phone service is ok if you put your phone in wifi mode; otherwise, not good. Se habla Español.
