Brooke and Frank’s home was incredible—one of the best I’ve stayed in! It felt warm and inviting, with stylish decor, plenty of space, and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Abbot Kinney’s restaurants and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Thoughtfully designed with great amenities, it truly felt like home. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had a big group of 9 as we were celebrating and felt right at home. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable in their own rooms as well as big enough communal spaces so we could enjoy each other’s company. A great pick if you’re looking for a big space to just have a relaxing and fun weekend inside with game nights and group dinners. Looking forward to coming back :)

Thank for allowing us to stay in your home during the Christmas season everything was accurate we felt comfortable we felt safe the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean. Very large home will comfortably accommodate any large group!!

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

this place is a really great stay! The neighborhood is super safe plenty of space. It’s quiet. The hot tub is a nice addition and it heats up super fast! Super clear instructions as well. The host sent a very detailed video. we had a small issue with the pool and hot tub, and the host was incredibly fast getting back to us - 5 stars we would stay here again

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Tommy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was more enjoyable. Questions I had were answered quickly. The place was exactly as described and very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here.

CL’s place was a perfect escape for our writers retreat. You are secluded in the Hills and away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of natural light and tons of space. The outdoor areas are so so lovely and it’s all very tranquil. Would recommend this place!

I came for a conference and had a great time. The place is easier accessible by car but supermarkets, cafes etc can be reached by foot too. Unfortunately I didn’t have time for the pool. Annie is very nice and welcoming

Annie was very sweet and kind, and was very supportive of of my small pet. Would highly recommend. Was very clean, bathroom was very nice, bed was big and comfy. Remember- shoes off inside :)

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Everyone in our group keeps raving about Chunjiang's place and how it has raised the bars for Airbnb stays in the future. Five stars across the board for location, cleanliness, space, gorgeous house, responsive and accommodating host. The house had everything we needed and more. Can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we visit LA/Walnut/OC area.

Very helpful host there was a error in extending my stay and rather than kicking me out on the spot the host waited while I resolved the issue hours later very accommodating 5 star just for that alone!! plus great location super kitchen other guest rooms are all very private & quite..The set -up is perfect for work fast internet as well..
