House holiday rentals in Siesta Beach

Great location for accessing a wide range of local services & amenities. Very comfortable home which suited our family very well. The warm pool was great. Lovely & quiet despite being just off a main road. We had a great holiday in Sarasota despite the recent hurricanes. Thanks!!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

This house is incredible!! All the rooms were super nice and also very clean, the master bedroom/bathroom is so so nice! The pictures look great but in my opinion don’t do it justice! Quality cabinets with lighting , Quality appliances, an espresso machine and very good Tv screens! The pool and hot tub are amazing , very clean and just awesome! Definitely recommend staying here and I hope to stay again in the future!

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

Jan’s home was perfect and everything we needed and more for our weekend trip to visit family. It was extremely well stocked and one of our favorite Airbnb’s for this reason. It was the perfect location for us, conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants all while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We only wish we had more time!

Olga’s listing was a perfect home for workcation. Has an office room, looks exactly the same from the picture, very clean, and they’ve got everything you need if you plan to cook. I take sleepy seriously and curtain kept room nice and dark in the morning. Movable shower head and instapot were added bonus for us where we were able to cook rice. Pool was super clean despite hurricane hits hard in the area, too. There has been minor issues here and there due to Hurricane Milton but Olga was very attentive and always promptly helped to solve the issue. Highly recommend to rent it if you plan to be in the area.

This place really started to feel like home as we have rented long term for the last I believe, four years. We knew we could get in our car and get to the beach, eat out or visit friends because everything was nearby. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare most of our meals. I loved that we had access to a washer and dryer and the back yard was very inviting just to sit in the sun. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns too. We made some great memories there with pictures to prove it. Thanks Elbert.

Wanda’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend work trip. The house was beautifully decorated, everyone had their own space to sleep, and it was so close to all the great downtown restaurants. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Janet's place is a lovely place for a family or group of friends. The landscaping outside is beautifully maintained, the interior common areas and bedrooms filled with beautiful pieces of art, the kitchen fully stocked for those folks who like to cook (and the appliances upscale and new), and the bedrooms very comfortable. It is within a 5-minute drive to a Publix, 10 minutes to St. Armand's, and 15 minutes to Lido Beach (which has free parking in the public lot). Janet and Sheila were very responsive with the few things I needed to ask, and very gracious hosts. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a SW Florida top-notch vacation.

Perfect housing in a very good spot! The neighborhood is totally fine, safe, and quiet! The housing was all very well supplied including but not limited to all kitchen equipment, bath and even beach things. The backyard is very nice with a small kind of river and it’s really a good sunny outlook in the morning out there. The most important thing most Airbnb miss is to be clean and neat. And Dorina’s place nailed it! Very fresh and clean house! Certainly recommend

Christy and Matt were fantastic hosts. The Urban Oasis was exactly what we needed and were expecting. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. There was an issue with the golf cart, but Matt addressed it immediately. Could not have asked for better customer service. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Brain was a great host. We were in a bind and had to book this last minute and Brian was extremely accommodating.

The home was exactly as described and seen on pictures. Very clean and cozy and it felt very homey in my opinion. Whitney was available all the time and would respond very quickly for any questions. We really enjoyed her home and would love to come back if she would have us. 🥰

We had an amazing stay. The house was very spacious and had a beautiful view. Incredible sunsets at the beach just a short walk away. Perfect place to relax and have a restorative vacation full of natural beauty. Very close to restaurants, museums, and other fun attractions for the whole family. Chris was very responsive to all our questions and friendly. He made us feel right at home!

Tracy's place is wonderful, and she is very attentive. She gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to go, which was a big plus. The backyard is very relaxing with a lovely spa where we enjoyed the evenings. The house was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. If I return to Siesta Key, I will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place. It was easy to find, in a great neighborhood, and extremely clean upon check-in. Deanna was very responsive to questions and gave us lots of suggestions on where to eat, shop, etc. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of choices. It’s also close to other areas like Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and Venice. Everything seems to be within a short drive. Visited several beaches and it was extremely helpful to have a full-size washer and dryer. We will definitely return.

If Anna Maria island is one of the most beautiful destinations, this is definitely one of the most beautiful rentals to stay in. We enjoyed every moment there and were sad we had to leave 😊 Everything worked out very easy and the communication and service is great. Definately and recommendation!
