Holiday rentals with a patio in Silenen

We stayed with Jonathan for a total of 5 nights, the place was as shown on the pictures. The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool with sauna was a great change, our daughter enjoyed it very much. We were mostly alone in the swimming pool. Also the sauna use was not an issue. We say thank you and highly recommend Jonathan and his place

Hi, I was very well received. The environment is quiet and pleasant, with easy access to the city, on foot, as well as shops and transport. Morena's apartment is spacious, very clean, and everything is already on site – all you have to do is put your bags down! I highly recommend it. We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay, highly recommend especially if you are traveling in the off season. A small but very clean apartment and the views were incredible. You are located about 5 minutes uphill by car from the nearest town with several good food options. Our host was great, sent very detailed check in instructions and videos several days before our arrival and had the apartment stocked with all the basics and even some snacks/wine. A great option if you are in the Lake Como area!

The place was as described and there was everything you need for a stay.

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

This place was very beautiful. The place is much better than you would imagine from the pictures. You have the view of lake como from living room as well as both bedrooms. A perfect place for 4 persons. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The welcome Wine was quite thoughtful. The rear garden is quite beautiful. Loved the place. Would definitely love to come back.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

A cute, spotlessly -clean house just a block from the bus stop. one set of stairs, several bedrooms. Good (but low) beds with minimal decor, pillows, and lighting. One and a half bathrooms--again, spotless. Plenty of lounge space with comfy seating; good cross ventilation as most windows have screens. nice views of the remaining snow on the upper mountains (early June). Kitchen is amply appointed with just about anything you'll need if you're not doing massive cooking. Lovely coffee machine with instructions in drawer. I can't read icons/pictures so the oven, although new, was confusing. I'd love to get to know this house better, so yes; I would book again and strongly recommend this happy little house.

Great contact with the host. Alessandra is very friendly and was always quick to respond to messages. The apartment is located in an apartment building in a quiet location, not far from the center and it was clean. It has a nice little terrace. Unfortunately, it was still too cold to sit out - so unfortunate. Otherwise, the heating in the cold season runs through the air conditioning, which was a bit unusual for us at first until we had found the optimal temperature. We felt comfortable all around.

This is my second time staying here! The place is absolutely lovely, inside and outdoors, the apartment is in a building that is a resort and private rooms. Loves the wellness center, people is educated, orderly and kind. I have no doubts I will go back exactly to this place next year. We had a great time at Lake Como. Communication with Enzo was super easy and the Air BnB looks like the pictures. We felt right at home. However, the place could have been something cleaner. The lake is only a two minute walk away and a bus stop is also not far away.

The communication with Eveline was wonderful in advance. On site we were very kindly welcomed by her mother. The apartment is very nice. New bathroom, new kitchen and new floors. With lots of wood and everything was sparkling clean. The apartment is on the second floor of a farmhouse.

The view is breathtaking, the location is fantastic, and Annamaria was wonderful. We had a lovely stay!

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!
