Scott was a joy to communicate with! Super helpful and friendly. The home was spacious and clean and exactly what my family needed for a holiday getaway! The jacuzzi tub is a major plus, and there are so many resources for parents with little ones. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family loved this house! We all enjoyed the games in the garage, the space and the views. We knew that this time of the year that the weather wasn't going to be the best, so we picked a place to enjoy the storms rolling in. It was perfect! We had another spot that we enjoyed a year before. We would pick this home over that one. Can't wait to come back! THANK YOU!!!

Great place on the Oregon coast. This would be an amazing place for multiple people. 2 bedrooms inside the main house then a whole separate bedroom in the sunroom area. All with separate bathrooms. Great place to watch the sunset. Deb is a wonderful host and very accommodating. This would definitely be a place I would book again for multiple days. Close walking distance to the beach and the strip depending on what you are looking for.

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

Paul and Ellie were exceptional hosts and very nice people. They made us feel right at home. This was our first experience in an airbnb and it exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and it had many amenities. Very kid friendly and baby safe. We loved the farmhouse feel and decorations. Paul gave some amazing restaurant and activity recommendations. The area is very quiet and the scenery/view out the entrance is beautiful backed right up against the trees. Would definitely stay here again if we find our way back to Newport.

We truly loved staying here. It was cozy and clean. Had lots of games and movies! Kids really enjoyed playing with the blocks! The view of the sunset was amazing! Quiet dead end road! Bed was super comfortable and lots of seating in the living room! Would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We frequent the Oregon Coast and are glad we found this gem! Comfortable bed, beautiful view and perfect location, close to all the Newport things. Will be back!

The best aspect of this place is the location. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants, is very close to an excellent grocery store, an art center, and one of the great walking beaches on the Oregon coast. The kitchen is well appointed; we had what we needed to make tasty meals. This is a studio, so your kitchen and bedroom are in the space. This was not a problem, however, and I enjoyed watching the waves from the comfortable king sized bed. Netflix served fine for entertainment and we heard little noise from neighbors. All in all a really nice Thanksgiving getaway.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Feels like home and could easily stay for a week.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

The place was wonderful, heaters work well and keep you warm and cozy. Short great walk down to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the two of us and our pup! Ruth was very accommodating with our pup coming and it was in such a great area! We were able to walk to the beach access, see the tide pools and sunset, as well as be close enough to some of the shops and Newport! We were able to have a clean and comfortable place to come back to when we were finished being out and about. Thank you for the wonderful stay with no issues and a wonderful beach getaway!

Dianna's place is very nice, and the ocean view from the patio is great. It has a really cute and cozy bungelo vibe. Perfect for a little get away on the coast. Wonderful spot to bath in the sounds of the waves, with access to the beach near by. It's also easy to find.

This is a first floor condo with an great view of the ocean and waves (we were there for the King Tides). It was very clean and the kitchen had every appliance, bowl, pan and utensils we needed. Plus, the owner left us arrival gifts.

KC & Melanie's stay was perfect and as promised. The space is eclectic, the view and access to the beach impossible to beat, and the proximity to the surrounding areas also a plus!

By far the most and best amenities of any Airbnb I've been to. From the basket of random useful stuff (like a spare charger!) to plenty of blankets, towels, bathroom amenities, kitchen ware - this spot seriously has thought about everything. And there are labels everywhere so you don't need to dance around the kitchen trying to find what you're looking for! Great views, quiet, comfortable bed. And Leah was kind enough to notify us that we could check in super early once the cleaners were done. I've been to dozens of airbnbs and this is the first where I'd really prefer to give 6 stars.

We really enjoyed Joan and Rick's condo in Newport!! Great location within 1-2 blocks of Nye Beach restaurants and shops. Very comfortable furniture and bed, spotless clean and tastefully decorated. Nice exterior covered deck with unobstructed view of the beach, ocean and lighthouse. Large TV in the front room was great to watch the game. We certainly recommend staying at Joan and Rick's condo.

We had a great time at Michelle’s place. The check in process was extremely easy and the place was exactly as described in the description and photos. We appreciated all of the clear instructions for how to log into the WiFi and use the TV. Mornings were truly magical drinking coffee and looking out at the water and birds. This place was the perfect location to spend Valentine’s Day and for complete relaxation. We will definitely book again if we are in the area again.

My new favorite place to stay in Newport! View is outstanding and so much to do in walking distance.

This condo is fantastic! It is equipped with everything you would need on vacation. We enjoyed the recliner chairs sitting facing the ocean. The view and sound was so wonderful! Would definitely rent again! Can't wait for the next trip to the beach!!!

Beautiful place with amazing view of the ocean! Leann provide helpful and accurate information. Great location within walking distance of stores and bakeries. Walls were a bit thin and we could sometimes hear the neighbors, but other than that, fantastic stay and would return.
