The deck faces west with views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Master Bedroom Tempurpedic brand Eastern King size bed (the wide eastern king, not the narrow cal king). This bed is Amazing. Reason enough to stay here. Very Large master bedroom with very large walk-in closet. Brand new large master bathroom with dual sinks, separate shower and separate tub. A sitting space inside the master and a sitting space outside the master, to enjoy your morning coffee. Bedroom #2 Small bedroom on the main level. Brand new Sealy Posterpedic Full sized bed. Small closet. This room is small, compared to master, but sufficient. Air Mattress provided for small kids if requested Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Area/Laundry/Bathroom All brand new and newly renovated. This portion of the house is on the main level. Large Windows adorn this opened concept area with spectacular views of the HOLLYWOOD Sign and Griffith Observatory. 55" mounted flat screen TV. WIFI. Brand new Washer/Dryer. Brand new bathroom. Don't forget to pick up some laundry detergent if you plan on washing your stuff. Whole bean coffee provided. This single family home is yours. This is an amazing space and everything is brand new. Security cameras for added peace of mind; key-less front door access makes check in a breeze. My wife and I (and 3 kids) are just 10 minutes away. We are here to help you with anything. If you need something, just ask. We know about all the local attractions and the coastal beaches. If you need something, chances are that we have it. I have surfboards, bikes, kids stuff, strollers, car seats, toys, beach chairs. We can probably figure it out if needed. We welcome families with small kids, as parents of small kids, we totally get it. Set in the endlessly hip Silver Lake neighborhood, the house is steps away from organic markets, trendy coffeehouses, and eclectic boutiques. The area is quite walkable, boasting charming hillside views and sunny parks. Lots of great things to do, Amazing Coffee, Restaurants, Bars, Breakfast (Brunch, Sunday Funday) and farmers market all within WALKING DISTANCE!!!!!! Parking-House has a garage that is available if requested as well as driveway parking. The garage is small, nose the vehicle into garage with rear-end hanging out and garage door open with gate closed. Please close garage when not in use. Please close garage and park on street when it is raining. There are TONS of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Please try to use the white bath towels for drying wet, clean bodies after showering or bathing. Try not to use them for wiping make-up and cleaning messes. They stain easily. Light blue towels provided for cleaning and wiping. Thanks!

Detached Silver Lake Studio - Middle of it all!

Private studio in the back with full bath and shower. Prime location in Silver Lake, walking distance to everything! Queen bed + sofa. Private patio space on shared property with main house. **Note: There is a property under construction across the street that has been going on and off for about 7 years now! It's on and off. Some street noise. Please READ the listing thoroughly! There is no kitchen or microwave. This is great alternative to a hotel room, but not ideal for longer term rentals.

Sitting at the top of the charming Franklin Hills (Silverlake/ Los Feliz). I am close to Griffith Park, beautiful hikes, many restaurants such as Cafe Figaro, Cafe Stella, Elf Cafe, Little Pine. I'm close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Theatres... You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the fireplace (inside and outside) the view of LA, the bright and artsy space, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Located on the lower level of a 1937 bungalow home, this bright and newly renovated space has a private entry which opens out onto a patio with a beautiful chinese elm tree, a hammock, and outdoor seating areas. Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. One of the best things about our space is that you feel you are in nature not in urban Los Angeles. When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool. Life is good :)
