Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Possibility to borrow a boat. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgrens värld and Noisy Village. 35 minutes to Eksjö trästaden, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), close by with nice walking trails. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Welcome to Kyrkenäs, our idyllic house by Näshult that we rent out from 2022 when we are not there ourselves. The house is located all by itself in the forest and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Popular sandy beach just 1 km away 10 km to Åseda city with shops and public transport The house is newly renovated and modernly decorated with good facilities. Brand new bathroom, new sauna and new panoramic windows facing the lake Ski facilities: Alpine facilities: 20 km NEW 2024: New terrace with sun from morning to night.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Here you live in a newly renovated cottage with a large garden and idyllic location by the forest and lake. 2 bedrooms, toilet with shower, kitchen and living room with large brick fireplace to warm up when the evenings are a bit chilly(wood included). Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, 10 m from the water. Ten minutes from the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, using a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Cozy newly renovated loft. Large garden with carpenter's nest, farms, hammock and pirate nest. 900 meters to the nearest lake and 200 meters to the hiking trail in small country forest. There are lots of cozy cafes, flea markets and not least Astrid Lindgren's world at a reasonable distance for a day trip. We are happy to help you find the gems. If you are away from training, there are utensils as well as a rig in the yard ( as well as a training PT).
