Holiday rentals with a pool in Simi Valley

My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

My wife and I found this place and booked it to host my parents and sister for Christmas and New Year. We had an AMAZING time and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The hosts were super responsive and took care of all our needs. We fell in love with the place and would love to return any time!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

We were so happy to find Rikki’s place. It enabled our family to spend meaningful time together during a holiday. Everyone had their own private space and the pool was a beautiful amenity during the warm weather. We would definitely rent this house again!

Our stay at the was nothing short than amazing. The home is beautifully decorated & spacious. The beds are super comfortable & although we only ordered take out, the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The location is centrally located and walking distance to cafe’s. I cannot wait to go back!

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

House was great , host was great! My daughter turned 13 we booked it for her and a few friends to slumber party and they had a ball loved the pool and game room. Was even able to check in a little early thanks again Jaid we will be back this summer lol. Looks just like the photos !!! You will not be disappointed.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Shant's condo was exactly as advertised and he was an excellent host. There was one small glitch when the parking pass did not work, but this was not as big a problem as it would have been if we were using it frequently. We love to walk, so the location was just fine. Also recommended is getting s Metro Pass which allows you to ride all busses and trains, and these are myriad in the area.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

What a fantastic place. Great amenities and only a little over a mile to Six Flags. Really gorgeous flooring. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The beds very comfy. Easy check-in, and an 11 AM check out! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the home! The neighborhood is extremely walkable surrounded with mature trees and beautiful homes. It was very serene and peaceful and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

My bf and I got to enjoy the plant lovers paradise for a small weekend getaway. The place was clean, peaceful and got to enjoy the amenities like the spa and massage chair. The fact that this place was 420 friendly was an added bonus and got to enjoy some of Amara’s home grown green. Amara was attentive and responsive, we would recommend for anyone to come and check out this beautiful space ♥️

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

Cozy, comfy oasis! Felt like visiting friends.

The host wanted to meet at check-in as long as we weren't too late. Our plane into LA was repeatedly delayed and the host remained flexible as I updated her on our changing arrival time. Check-in was helpful because the driveway is accessed by an electric gate and we learned how it operates and where remote was located. The unit is part of a large house with access to a very nice garden. We did see the hosts in the backyard occasionally as well as their dogs but we didn't lack for privacy. The unit was really large. With an open floor plan it could be a challenge for people in a large group to find a place to themselves. The upstairs has one bedroom and then a bed and pull out couch in a common area. The bedroom is private but you walk through the loft area to access the bathroom. Both bathrooms are large and nicely finished. The hosts checked in several times via message while we were there. Easy to walk to grocery and restaurants and easy access from LAX.

One of the most peaceful stays I’ve ever had in Cali. Daniel and Logan were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others as well, everything you need, not too big not too small just right and a heated pool and jacuzzi(which is very hard to find for a reasonable price). I didn’t want to leave🥹🤧 this place won’t disappoint Im so happy of the memories made here, thank you Daniel & Logan🫶🏽

Lisa is an amazing host! The space was lovely and had everything our family of three needed for a long weekend in the LA sunshine. The beers in the fridge were a very pleasant surprise after a busy afternoon of traveling.

Highly recommend this place. David was so thoughtful and responsive throughout. Feels like the host really thought in great detail of the guest’s experience and cared they have a great experience.
