Cheryl was a brilliant host. Excellent communications and all was as described. The house is fantastic and had everything we needed and more. The location is brilliant. It's right in the centre of Lytham and very close to everything the town has to offer.. I have no hesitation in recommending Cheryl as a host and staying at her lovely house. It will certainly be the first place I look to book next time I'm in Lytham visiting family and friends. 5 stars all round :)

I would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. It was a large, beautifully designed apartment that fit 3 families into for a third birthday. The hosts went above and beyond for us without prompting or being asked, and it was a great price!

This was our second stay at Ians place. The location is great for us visiting family in the area. Its great to have a kitchen instead of endlessly eating out. Saved us a fortune. Ian is a responsive host and communicates well.

House bigger than expected lovely and roomy,Kitchen well equipped everything you need for self catering. 2 shower rooms and main bathroom with utility room great for longer stays. Beds really comfy. plenty of room to park a car in back yard. sainsburys just down the road and centre of lytham 5 mins away. park at the back of house brilliant for walking your dogs. kids loved going to the park,weather wasn't to good raining on and off but otherwise we had a great time where we were. we all want to return at some point.!!

Great stay in Southport for half term. Fantastic house in a good location, easy to walk to town and the beach. The kids loved the hot tub and games room, load of space in the garden to play too. Loved the area and would stay again.

This is my second time saying at one of ash’s properties and I couldn’t reccomend enoegh the place is always spotless and exactly like the photos. When we first arrived the boiler went off due to the cold weather and after texting ash he rang within a couple of minutes and ending up upgrading us free of charge. Will definitely be back.

We stayed for 5 nights, 4 adults and 3 children (although Air BnB classes the teen as an adult!) There was plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable beds and loads of bathroom options. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and spacious to all eat in. The area is really convenient, we had trips to Blackpool and Liverpool and both were easy to get to. Southport was lovely too with supermarkets and shops very close by. Joshua was a great host providing plenty of information but leaving us to it so we felt at home. We hope to stay again as it was perfect for a family get together.

Great find. Beautiful and clean and did us right fine and proud. Kitchen was really well equipped and spacious. Rooms were all really light and comfy. Absolutely lovely gaff. Thanks for having us.

Lovely stay at this cottage. Beautiful peaceful courtyard with relaxing fountains which catches the sun. Played cards outside in the evening. We went with our 2 pugs and 2 teens and everyone had a great time. Dogs could go out into the yard safely and there is a lovely park over the road. Lovely lounge with room for everyone to relax and well equipped kitchen. The location- a short walk to St Anne’s pier - is great but I would agree it’s tricky to find on a first visit. Watch the bollard when parking in the space. Highly recommended.
