Wonderful house my in Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Spacious house my in Österlen

In the middle of Österlen you will find our spacious house where the big family can fit. The fenced garden is perfect for those who have pets and for those of you who like to sit outside and eat, there are dining areas and barbecue facilities on both sides of the house. The house has a total of 8 real beds, 2 sofas, newly renovated bathroom with washer/dryer, big smartTV and wifi. The views are absolutely wonderful with views of rapeseed fields. On the other side of the railway on the front of the house is the small village of Järrestad

Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Gamla School - Teacherbostaden

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in Lärarbostaden where nice details are preserved, such as a tiled oven, beautiful floors and sprawling old windows. Here you can enjoy good dinners at two generous patios with barbecue or indoors at a spacious dining table. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. Simris is an old enrich village with nice walking paths. It is bike and walking distance to Simrishamn.

Welcome to Grönhems farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a crosswood area dating back to the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling grazing for our horses in the hilly landscape of Österlen. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Artist Cottage by the sea

Relax and refill your senses in this picturesque old fishing village of Brantevik in the middle of Österlen.Our small cottage is over 120 years old and has belonged to the same family and is today owned by an artist and designer. Access to the cliffs and bathing 2 minutes. "Skåneleden", famous walking trail, passes right outside the house. Restaurants, Daniel Berlins Vyn & cafes around the corner. Österlen area is famous for a rich art and culture heritage. Close to historic sites and beaches.

Annex at Stendala surrounded by fields and meadows

Stendala farm is a three-length Skåne farm surrounded with scenic fields and meadows, in the middle of Österlen in the village of Östra Vemmerlöv. From here it is 5 minutes to the nature reserve Strändemölla and Gyllebosjön with fishing, swimming and beautiful deciduous forest, 10 minutes to Mandelmann farm, 10 minutes to golf, 15 minutes to sea bathing and much more that Österlen has to offer. It is peaceful and quiet. It's easy to enjoy at Stendala farm!

Newly refurbished charming guesthouse

Neighbor with wide open fields, some curious cows and close to most of what Österlen has to offer! A quiet, harmonious open-plan home with a kitchen, dining area, and living space with big window sections letting in nature. As we only rent out when we ourselves are not there, there is access to a large garden, a patio in the evening sun and a big orangery for long dinners.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
