Holiday rentals with a patio in Simrishamn

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Thank you Johan

The cottage was just as we expected - there was everything we needed. Patrik is a great host. Shortly before our arrival my husband suffered a foot injury. Patrik was very supportive and helped us manage this issue. Thank you!

I had a great time staying with Cissi! She is an amazing host, being really proactive and giving tips of how to best get around the city and more. The flat was really great to stay at, also for a longer stay. I stayed there on a business trip for about 5 weeks and had everything I would have ever needed during that time. The cozy and homey interior of the flat made me feel right at home from day one of staying there and gave me a perfect place to relax after work and on the weekends. I had a great stay at Cissis and would definitely stay at hers again when I am back in Lund!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend and everything was amazing! Mats was incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room itself was spotless and so cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was also fantastic—centrally located and in a lovely area. The garden was under renovation so we couldn´t really apreciate it but I think it will look amazing after renovation and it makes me want to come back to experience it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay to make your visit special!

Jiovana is generally a very nice person and a great host. She was very easy to communicate with and she made sure our stay at her place was a pleasant one. The place is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city. We would definitely come again.

Had a great weekend at Jonny's place; good accommodation and really nice garden where we got to take fruit and berries. Was very easy to communicate with and was always available for questions. Very satisfied!

Beautiful house with spectacular views of the ocean. We arrived in the night, so the morning brought our first glimpse of that spectacular view of the sunrise from the second-floor window. What a beautiful welcome to Bornholm! AArsdale is a quiet and scenic town with a fun bar and a few restaurants. Once we got our bikes, it was an easy and beautiful off-highway path right into Svaneke and more shops and restaurants. We made it to a lot of sights on e-bikes and loved the journeys on the bikes. For the last day we got a car for the further away sights. As "icing on the cake", our children got engaged by the ocean down from the house, so we'll always have a very special memory and feeling towards Sine's house. 💚

We felt very comfortable. Very good and friendly communication with Emelie and Rickard. Rickard responded immediately to an issue. We loved it ! Amazing location and amazing nature! With our two border collies, we were able to walk for hours in the woods. Lots of shopping nearby. The jacuzzi was of course the highlight of the whole family.

We rented Petra's nice house 4 nights over new year to get away from the big city's firecrackers and rockets. The house worked great for us (me, my roommate, our nine-month-old baby and our leapid dog). Petra was very friendly and quick in his communication. The house was incredibly cozy and well equipped, and there was plenty of old-world charm while feeling fresh and recently renovated. We mostly stayed at home and indoors due to the weather but appreciated our dog and carriage walks in the area. Great grocery stores are a short drive away and we lacked nothing during our stay. Would love to come back another time!

Thank you for hosting us! Thomas's place was at the right location, a peaceful and quiet area; exactly what 3 "athletes" needed hehe for a long weekend of practice. We found the place right away, near the hall and had a private entry that allowed us to come in and out without disturbing the main house. Thank you again for the quick answers and the accommodation.

Great attentive host. Hands on all the way. Nice place with all you need. Location is good. I could imagine the garden would be spectacular in the summer.

We had a very nice stay, quiet and natural surroundings

We only spent two days in the small cottage as it is not far to the ferry to Trelleborg and is wonderfully close to the beach. Here you could go for a great walk. The sandy beach is magnificent and in the windy weather you saw many kitesurfers. Everything was perfect in the house, as described. Thank you so much for having us. We will be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

Anna really showed she cares a lot about the apartment she rents and her guests, I really felt at home and taken care of. I definitely recommend renting this apartment in Kristianstad for short or longer stays!

Great apartment close to the water with possibility for lovely walks nearby. The apartment was furnished with everything you needed to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and lovely with a large dining table where you could meet for meals. All in all, a great place where we would definitely like to stay again.

The apartment was very nicely equipped, very tasteful. All clean and cozy. Everything there was that you needed. Jane was very helpful and quick to reply Were 2 nights there would also love to come back

We were very comfortable when we arrived. The apartment was sparkling clean and nicely modern. We were able to cook very well because the kitchen was well designed for this. The large bathroom with the shower were also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, just an extra blackout would have been great. Great was the free parking and the keyless access to the apartment. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

So we had a lovely week with Anne. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge stocked for breakfast on arrival was awesome. The yard is idyllically located and the animals were a highlight even for our three-year-old son. Yes, the yard is located in such a way that you have to go everywhere by car - but that's how we know it from Sweden. And you don't go far for great excursion destinations in all directions.

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very easily accessible and also reached us through excursion destinations himself. The only downside was the not quite darkenable bedroom, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots always turned on at night on the outside of the building. If in doubt, you'd prefer to bring a sleeping mask, then that's fine.
