I enjoyed my stay at this lovely house located in the centre of beautiful Ahtopol. The place is cozy and comfortable, the rooms are large enough. The best part for me and my dog was the the fact that there is a lovely little yard where we spent 90% of the time while on premises and the hosts. Can’t say enough good things about them. The location is meters away from the main street, yet far enough not to be bothered by the noise coming from it. The beach is a mere 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend it.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

This is our secind time staying at this gorgeous villa. We love the location, the house is fantastic - even better than the photos! The outside area is lovely and the whole interior has winderfully thoughtful touches - beach towels, lights, shampoo, lovely bedding! We will come again! Thank you for everything, Lorraine and Andy!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Veni and Toshko sa land! Extremely kind, good and welcoming people! The place is great for relaxation and quiet! The rooms are clean, tidy and cozy! We even got to know the hosts because they invited us to have dinner with them! We recommend with both hands! Everything was perfect!

The place is exactly as pictured and described, the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. In the yard there is a swimming pool in which the child bathed and was clearly visible from the window. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea, lots of cafes and shops on the way to the sea. The apartment was quiet, you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the street.

We were here for the second year. Same as the last year, exactly what you need from an apartment for a seaside vacation. Everything was perfect. Apartment was clean, we had all that we needed, swimming pool was also clean and as always the host is very friendly and helpful in anything you want. We strongly recommend this apartment. I had a great, month-long, stay here. The apartment matched the photos and was clean, the complex shares a pool with the hotel; the one drawback of this is that there is a very loud kids dance session at 8pm every day. Perla beach is lovely, I recommend surfboard and windsurfing rent/lessons from Akasha surf - they also have a co-working space on the beach. Snorkeling at Crocodile Rock is also a lot of fun. My favourite restaurants were Tiki Bar and Bistro Nikola. But Sozopol is a short taxi/bus ride away with lots more restaurants and bars and an interesting old town. The washing machine broke whilst I was there but Kristina was very quick to organise a replacement. The cooking appliances consist of a kettle, microwave and air fryer. The WiFi can be quite slow at some points during the day. Overall the apartment was great value for money and I had a very enjoyable month!

Anna is a great Host. They have questions from guests and help. The location was a good fit for us. A piece from the noisy Sunny Beach and the center of Sveti Wlas, but close enough to walk or take public transport. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Cozy and clean apartments with amenities that made you feel at home. Air conditioning in every room. In the resort where the apartments are located, there is a pool that allows you to cool off on hot days. A minor issue is sometimes the sounds of passing cars led by young angry drivers. We loved it. I RECOMMEND

Quiet location but very close to everything, 700m from the nearest beach entrance (measured by Garmin). There is a nice little pool and a restaurant in the building. The restaurant is open 12 through 18. It has local Bulgarian food which is very expensive and good quality: soups, main dishes etc - very convenient for lunch. A small supermarket with all basic foods and essentials is in the next building. A lot of other supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc are around. A central bus station of Sunny Beach is in 300 meters. Very good wifi, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove plate, kettle, washer - all you need to feel at home. The apartment is on 4th floor with an elevator and a has nice view from the balcony. Everything is clean. The studio is spacious. Very good communication with the host. The only minor drawback of the apartment is that the shower is not separated - which is pretty standard in Bulgaria - so whenever you take a shower the floor in the bathroom is wet.

We traveled with eight people, a family trip, comfortable, large apartment met our needs. The common areas are also large. There was a private bathroom for all rooms. The pool in the listing was regularly cleaned by the children and enjoyed it. For half an hour by car, there are many beach shopping opportunities.

Stunning location! We were right on the water at the end of old town. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and looking off into the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
