Great location,clean and neat accommodation, close to shopping malls for food and essentials. The apartment was very tidy and comfortable, perfect for a small family with everything you need supplied. Kids loved the pool and close walk to train station and the novena square2 mall. The van is in a very convenient location. Close to the MRT. Lorraine was very quick to respond. What we didn't like ,was that the master bedroom smelled of mold. It was very humid. We wanted to sleep with the door open because of the smell, but when you open it in the opposite block there is something that makes noise 24/7 and is very annoying. My husband is involved in construction and noticed that there is not enough ventilation that's why it happens like this. It's not the owners' fault but the builders'. We should have chosen the mirrored container, it was quieter there. Despite everything we had a wonderful vacation.

Very accomodating, interesting interior design, modern, with full amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, clean place, strong wifi (even reaches the near stop), fast elevator, near to 24hr marts and bus stops, highly recommend for group travellers!

It can’t get more perfect than this. Location is central to everything we needed ( under 10 minutes walk to Paragon, Takashimaya) place is everything as he said it would be. Very thankful David let us to check-in much earlier than the time he specified, this allowed my elderly parents to be able to rest faster after our flight. Would definitely book again!

Very cool hotel room! I enjoyed having the bathroom and couch on the lower floor and the bed on the upper floor, which gave us a little bit of space when one person was asleep and the other was awake. The location was really great, right in the middle of chinatown and just a minute’s walk to the subway/metro station “Chinatown” stop. Easy to reach from the airport, take the green line from the airport, 1st stop “expo” then go to the blue line and get off at stop 19 “chinatown”. The place is super quiet, the windows are new and soundproof, but you can swing them open to look up and down the Main Street. Maica, Mary and Carms were very proactive in all communications and were a pleasure to work with. I would stay here again if in Singapore.

Very happy! Clean room, easy check-in and thoughtful service throughout my stay. The host is very flexible and made me feel at home instantly. Location is great, lots of amazing food within walking distance and easy transportation links. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Singapore 🇸🇬

A Lively Home at Novena for 4Pax

JC has a good place on the NE side of Singapore. while not near the CBD it's easy-to-get to by taxi and has a small mall with food court and supermarket 5 min wakk down the hill.

Lorraine's place felt like a different world, nestled within the bustling city of Singapore. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The relaxing and lush green surroundings made it an ideal holiday retreat. Lorraine herself was exceptionally friendly, often dropping by to say hello. The cleaner also did an excellent job tidying up the unit every day.

Value for money if you are in Singapore. Short walk to One North MRT and very close to restaurants. Lorraine was very clear on giving instructions and has maintained her place well. Accommodation was just the right size for a family of 4 and has all the essentials including an induction cook top. Highly recommended if you have a short rendezvous in Singapore!

We had a great stay here. The place is literally inside the gardens by the bay. The surrounding is peaceful and serene and short walk from the metro station.Highly recommend.
