we had a great stay at Clarisse's. Everything was as described. it is a bit out of the center of Lisbon, but with a train station just a 5 minute walk away it's still easily accessible.

The Blue Flat met and exceeded our expectations. Rui’s description of the Blue Flat is accurate. A few things that were important and stood out during our visit is that the flat was centrally located to everything we needed in Sintra. A majority of areas were within a short walking distance. The flat was surprisingly quite and enjoyable for its location in the busy tourist bustle of Sintra. The Flat was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable during our stay We would highly recommend the Blue Flat to anyone visiting in Sintra. If Bridget and I were to visit again, we would definitely like to stay at the Blue Flat if it was available. Rui was a great host. He was very informative, respectful, and accommodating to our needs. Rui’s English is very good and easy to understand. We enjoyed our conversations with him during our stay. Rui was easy to contact and generally responded to our inquires and needs within 24 hours or less.

This is a great place to stay in Sintra. It’s very close to the train station but still private and quiet. The location is perfect. It was very clean and well-furnished and the hosts had little treats and a bottle of wine for us. We had a broken blind in one room and Guy was on it right away. It was a bit tight for 6 adults but we were out most of the time anyway. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was very tidy and very clean, just like the pictures. We felt at home. The host was always on the lookout for anything. And he also left us all the clear check-in and check-out instructions.

My husband and I got out of our car and as we were walking through the property to the apartment we both stopped at the same time to look around us and had the same thought- wow, this is special. This is truly a magical oasis within Sintra and although we only had one night, we would love to come stay a whole month. So beautiful, relaxing, and all of the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind. And like others said yes, there is a giant dog that will come great you with a loud bark! But he is not aggressive, just large and doing his dog protection duties real quick and then walks away! No need to be scared of him!

Most people only take a day trip to Sintra which is such a waste when you could stay in a beautiful apartment and spend some days to really get to know Sintra and the surroundings. The apartment is well located and manageable walking distance with luggage from either of the two Sintra Stations and is an easy and picturesque walk to the Historic Centre. Make sure you find the Wondervan tour shop to take a fabulous day tour.

The apartment is great! We loved the quiet location and found it easy to walk to nearby attractions and the historic centre of Sintra. Everything was exactly as described, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great home for our group of friends with adults and babies. The house was clean, all the spaces were nice and were well cared for. Communication was excellent and fast.

Duarte was a fantastic host. Super flexible with the check in and super attentive. The location was super convenient for us, and it was very pleasant to find the meeting point at the cafe of my childhood. The world is a pea and meeting Duarte was a pleasure. He paid close attention to toys and games for children and coffee for adults. Quiet neighborhood and a wonderful view! Thank you for everything!

A clean space full of clarity , very quiet very well located to know Lisbon and its surroundings… very attentive the host !!

Although we arrived quite late (around 10pm), it was not a problem and Sheila was waiting for us in the apartment. In addition to the standard equipment, we also found some nice surprises there that made us feel really welcomed. The location is quite convenient, the train station is about 10 minutes away. From there you take the train 20 min to Lisbona. There is also a bus to Belém. It is also easy to drive to Sintra.

It’s a cosy place located beautifully in a small street nearby a church and walking distance from Colares city center. You have small shops in the neighborhood as a mini market which provides you with necessities. We felt very at home. We found everything as described. The humidity in the house is something tangible in the cloth, but not disturbing. We enjoyed our stay.

If there was a category that exceeded Super Host, Carlos has earned it. The apartment was magnificent and every detail executed to the highest standard. We hope to cross this threshold again. Thanks !!

Fabulous terrace to relax and chill in. Loved it! The apartment was cozy and comfortable and felt homely and secure. Great a/c and towel warmer, and filled all my needs. Location wise, close enough to downtown. In fact very central in Lisbon . It is not far from bus stops, supermarket just below and around the back, and also cheap to travel by Bolt. I would highly recommend this listing, and would be very happy to return.

The home is located in a great area of Lisboa with many dining options, coffee, shopping, pharmacies and grocery stores within a 5-min walk. As others noted, there is some noise from the local bars late at night, but it wasn't persistent and didn't keep us up thanks to the double-paned windows in the bedroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking apparatus, oil and spices. The host provides ample detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The layout of the apartment is great and provides nice separation from the living area and bedroom. Parking is secure and easily accessible by elevators. The host was responsive for the entire stay, starting from check-in through check-out. We would definitely stay here with our family again.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lison. Apartment was great, and Paulo was a great host. Highly recommend!

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.

Great place to stay, within great proximity to Avenida station (Metro) and then walking distance to some great brunch spots and shops for a pastel de Nata! The host was so accommodating and incredibly helpful, responding to my queries so quickly with great and useful information as well as going the extra yard with some requests before I arrived. Highly recommend this spot as it was just the ideal base to have a great time in Lisbon with a very informative and helpful host.
