Terry was very accommodating. I was in need of a place to recover from a total knee revision. This setup was ideal with accessible features and options for postop recovery. It was closer to PT and doctors as well as shopping than home. I actually extended my stay for an additional week. Very quiet

We decided to sray downtown for New Year's Eve at the last minute and were able to book our stay same day. Craig and Liv responded very quickly and made our stay simple. Thanks!

Booked a last minute stay on NYE. Luckily Abby’s place was accepting bookings while I was looking, was near the destination I was going, and was pretty affordable. Abby was responsive, provided clear instructions, and the house the very clean!

It’s a great little cozy apartment. It’s so close to downtown which made for easy errands. Also, I loved using the sauna! Abby goes above and beyond! Thank you!

This was my second stay in this location and I will for sure be coming back! The natural lighting, the comfy couch and spacious living area make it ideal for a weekend getaway or I plan on coming for a weekend to maximize my study and work like! Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Great place and convenient location. We stayed during the winter and the place was pleasantly warm and easy to control the heat with the provided heater.

Wow, I thought I had a palace downstairs! $60 for 5 times the space of a hotel room. Bed was wonderful, the place was clean, large screen TV, a fireplace that worked, numerous padded soft chairs and couches to sink into, coffee, mini-fridge, microwave. Steve and I got to swap deer hunting stories. Any time that I saw them, they were so friendly and concerned for my stay.

My dad was (still is unfortunately) at the hospital in Sioux Falls and I rented Sheri's place. It was clean, homey, and easy to find. Due to stress and fatigue I was not thinking clearly and made a mistake during booking, then had other questions that were CLEARLY listed in the check- in instructions but I missed them because I was soooo out of it. Sherri was incredibly responsive, kind, and patient. (Even though I must have been annoying as hell!) Her kindness was a bright spot in an otherwise incredibly stressful situation. I highly recommend booking with her. Huge THANK YOU to Sherri. I'll be telling everyone I know looking for a place to stay in SF to book here. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

I’m glad we found this place. It is a hidden gem in downtown Sioux Falls. Great restaurants are in walking distance. Everything was wonderful! Free parking across the street was a bonus. Hopefully we are able to book this place in the future.

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. School park across the street was great for the kids to play.

Thanks, the place worked great for our two night stay for my cousin's wedding. Location was central to all of the activities for the weekend.
