Holiday rentals with beach access in Sirolo

Impeccable apartment, a short walk to the beach and shops. Everything is new, very beautiful and located in a quiet area. Host are very nice and always available. A great experience, highly recommend!

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

Great experience. Spacious place, clean in every detail. Brand new kitchen with every accessory, spacious bathroom, equally large room. Two large terraces with a sea view. Reserved parking space in the condominium space closed by a remote control gate.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

Well-equipped apartment with spectacular location right on the seafront with a nice terrace and parking space (very useful). The host was extremely helpful and kind. I recommend all these Hosts.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a great week. The apartment is spacious,clean, tidy,nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very comfortable for both the beach and the surroundings,the area is wonderful and worth a visit. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this place to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Apartment in front of the beach, both free and equipped, cycling and pedestrian promenade and a 5-minute drive to the center of Senigallia. Everything as in the description, we'll be back

Thank you, Leandro! Nice stay. Not very far from the main beaches, also like 30 min by bus from Ancona. The place is very clean and just in the centre. 5 min from everything: cafes, a supermarket, 20 min from portonovo. Sirolo is a nice cozy village, with lots of stuff going on during summer, like a local art and craft market, evening dance in the park, concerts, etc. Lovely place to stay. I highly recommend. PS there is a slight problem with the internet. But it's everywhere in Le Marche region. I guess because of the mountains or whatever. But it was not a problem for us. It was vacation, after all :)

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The stay at Lorena's place was very pleasant. The accommodation is very functional, equipped with every comfort, tastefully furnished, located in a very quiet area despite being close to the center. Very clean. The location is great for going to see other places nearby. We checked in with his son Alessandro who was very nice in welcoming us and providing us with all the necessary explanations. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Fantastic apartment-very modern & beautifully presented. Easily one of the nicest places we have ever stayed on AirBnB. It had everything we needed for a lovely 3 day stay out of season. Being on the top floor the views to beach & over the Adriatic are amazing. Giovanni was very friendly, helpful & communication from the moment we made the booking was excellent. Met us at the apartment to personally give us keys & guide us round where everything was & how everything worked. Jacuzzi bath or showers outside under the stars - difficult to choose as both were fabulous ! For those who can't live without, it has good wifi, 2 very good quality smart TV's & even had nice Bluetooth speaker which was handy. The kitchen is incredibly well kitted out for a small place. Giovanni's wife is correct - the photos on AirBnB don't really do the place justice ! We would definitely highly recommend & already thinking about another visit sometime.
