The host was very thoughtful and friendly. The house is very spacious great to enjoy with friends or family.

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time at Sanja's place. It has an incredible location that is close to everything in Rovinj but also quiet at night. Well-equipped and comfortable - highly recommended! Sanja was easy to communicate with and helpful

what a beautiful, cozy and intimate place. beautiful house, beautifully serenely furnished. Upon entering, the coolness fell into the house, the nice smell and the beauty immediately. We felt right at home. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (nice pans, good knives, very important😉). facilities such as jacuzzis and 2 bathrooms were very nice. Multiple air conditioning in the house. great communication with host, always a quick response. the house is in the center of Pazin, close to restaurants and shops, yet the peace and quiet is remarkable. also within walking distance of sights such as the Pazin cave and the old castle. a sweet welcome word from the owner with nice tips for restaurants that were definitely worth it! I have never eaten such delicious gnocci. thank you for this nice end to our tour and introduction to Istria.

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

I could write thousand of pages about Miriam's home, considering how perfect was our stay in Pula! The place is simple (exactly as we like), very well cleaned, including every single object in the kitchen and also the towels and bed sheets. We spent one week in Pula and we had very hot days, but it is not a problem to sleep as the ar conditioner is great and able to keep the house in a fresh temperature. Miriam also helped us changing money, that's means you don't need to pay exchange rates or get worried about it, just ask to Miriam and among other things, she will help you also on that! Another cool stuff that I saw were the bikes available for renting in Miriam's house, we didn;t use it but if you want, they are there also. The location is perfect, our apartment was faced to the dead-end street side, so few cars passing by. There are a lot of beutiful beaches near by and our favorite one just few minutes away by car from Miriam's house was the Galebove Stijene, there are some caves and you can rent Kayaks to go inside (please do it some days before you go to Pula, otherwise is impossible to book). The "grand finale" was our last night when Miriam brought us a home made crepe, it was still warm and super delicious! Because all of this, we want to back to Pula and repeat the same absolute great experience we had, if you are in doubt and looking for a place to stay, now you can finish your searching, my wife and me extremely recommend this place! Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Thanks to Ivo for being a great host, very helpful, always very prompt in responding to questions, made it easy for us to arrive and stay. The apartment was immaculate, well furnished and smart. We enjoyed the balcony terrace, beds were very comfortable, showers and bathrooms great, sitting area very comfy with big wide screen TV, Wi-Fi reliable and fast. Safe neighbourhood, good shop 200m away, close to the city centre and Bay Area. If you are looking for a stay in Pula, I can recommend staying at Ivo’s apartment..

Nice, friendly & helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

The place was tidy and had everything needed. I didn't get to meet the surrounding area as I was only two days. The price is totally right for the place. Host helpful and kind. I recommend him

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Stanko was always available and did everything very quickly to our satisfaction. In addition, he gave us very good tips for the area and restaurants. We arrived with 2 small dogs, but the fenced garden was really optimal. The dogs could move freely in the garden without us having to worry that they would escape. The house is quietly located overlooking an olive grove and very lovingly furnished. The pool is unbeatable - it was our highlight! We will be happy to come back.

Was very satisfied, everything you need is available. Only the location did not quite agree with me in the end. You always have to get the car nowhere on foot. All restaurants, shops etc. are several km away. In the end, it was no problem in 25 minutes, you can reach Poreč by car, where you can find all kinds of shops.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We felt very comfortable the house is very nice. Franko and Nensi were very friendly and always helpful. Villa Grace is highly recommend.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

September Istria time is with me, every year I rent a house with a pool . This time there is a lot to this villa ... and I am very pleasantly surprised how beautiful and tasteful it is designed. I will definitely book again... Conducts a lot ... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It really is 5 star level
