Lovely apartment, nice neighborhood - everything in walking distance. Easy and very communication with Mathieu. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona.

We felt very comfortable here. It was perfect for two people, each with its own bathroom and bedroom. We especially liked the location. It took us a maximum of 10 minutes walk to all the places we wanted to go .

2 balconies, a top kitchen, nice and spacious and a great host. Barcelona can be conquered by the apartment. Of course. We were there for the half marathon and were able to plan everything well. The beach is just 800 m away.

Place is in a great location with an amazing view from the balcony. Perfect for morning breakfasts outside. The apartment is clean and well equipped, perfect for 4 persons to stay. Andre was a kind and responsive host and helped us out even after we ran into issues (losing the keys and also locking outselves out once). Definately can recommend anyone to stay here with Andre, will not regret it.

the truth that it was super good , I could also park . and it has nearby supermarkets that I help too. had everything to cook , and very complete in general . Sofia super amabke siemore was attentive to everything .

This was a perfect location for us to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Very easy to access from airport. Close to Metro and short walk from Sants train station. Great to come back to and rest up for next day. Comfortable and welcoming flat. Good kitchen, shower and nights sleep. There’s so much to do in Barca that we will return and this would be our first choice to stay, apart from the apartment the management company is the among quickest and on the ball communicators we’ve experienced in our many Airbnb years. Thanks!

Ana was fantastic. It took us way longer to than planned to get through customs, get our rental car and get to the Airbnb. Ana waited for us to arrive which was an hour and a half after the planned time of our arrival. Ana provided us with a tour of the apartment, where to find everything we may need for our stay. Ana also give us a list of local restaurants to try, explained public transportation and showed us where some of the larger grocery stores were. A week before we went on our vacation Ana gave us a heads up on some things we may want to check out and advise we purchased tickets in advance to make sure we could see the things we wanted to see. We really had a wonderful time and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you Ana for making us feel at home while on vacation. We had a great time in this spacious, well-equipped and very suitable place for our family. The bedding is perfect!Located a 10-minute walk from the metro that took us directly to the center of Barcelona, we appreciated the location of the rental. The host was lovely and expected us without reproach despite our delay in the traffic jams. This is really a good place. Recommended.

The penthouse is beautifully situated - private, spacious, wonderful terrace, great neighborhood. What stands out the most is the amazing architecture of the building both inside and out it’s a piece of historical art. Carles provided everything for comfort. He is a responsive and accommodating host. We truly enjoyed our stay in this uniquely decorated penthouse!

Outside of the apartment being absolutely stunning, Fabienne was by FAR the friendliest, most communicative host I've ever had on AirBnB. She went above and beyond in all aspects of her communications. On our last night, my husband and I locked ourselves out of the apartment by accident. Fabienne was unfortunately out of town, but not to worry! She called her cleaning lady and within 30 minutes, the cleaning lady's son traveled to the apartment to let us in. It was close to midnight and we were so utterly grateful for this service! In regards to the actual apartment itself, you couldn't ask for a better location. Right in the heart of the Plaça Reial, it was a joy to be there during Christmas showcasing all the holiday decor. The plaça itself is quite busy, but during December, it had the perfect amount of low city hum. My mother was staying with us and she's accustomed to warmer weather so Fabienne brought an extra space heater just for her! What service! Fabienne is a GEM!

Excellent location for sightseeing. You can enjoy your stay as if you were a local in this comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery. The hosts are very accustomed to dealing with guests. The only thing I would say is that the washing machine does not have a drying function and it is difficult to dry the clothes outside, so it might be better to bring a washing line.

It's good to come as a family There is a bathtub, so it's good for relieving fatigue. Lime filters are a must. The landlord is really kind. I left my phone when I checked out, but the door was locked, so he actively solved the problem when I was eating. I had a nice stay! Thank you!

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

Spacious and clean duplex apartment, perfect for a group of friends who come to meet and recharge for a weekend. Maria was very responsive, welcoming and flexible, which is very nice. In short, we recommend it without hesitation!
