Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Sithonia

Makis is friendly and really very caring as a host. Unfortunately, we had to bear heavy party noise until late at night on a few days. Makis couldn't do anything about it and went out of her way for us to improve because we had let him know. His holiday complex is extremely well maintained and clean. The small kitchen in the apartment can really be used to prepare simple food because everything necessary is available. Makis had the apartment cleaned several times in 11d, empty garbage cans and change house linen. With other hosts, you have to ask for a lot. Makis, on the other hand, has everything in view that is needed. In his beautiful garden kitchen you can cook, meet for a beer and ask Makis for everything for advice. We felt very comfortable with Makis and will be happy to come back.

The place was perfect. It had all the equipment that are needed.

Many thanks to Stamatis and his family for their warm welcome. The location is beautiful with an incredible view of the sunset. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and functional. The surroundings are great. Stamatis is always there to advise you. We will be back !

Everything was fine. A lot of appLiances. Nice balcony. Everything like home. Way to the beach with stairs. Not suitable for disabled people. We hope to get back next year. Maria&Hristo, all the best

We were visiting the amazing Toroni in the end of June 2022 and have decided to stay at Ioannis and Dimitra apartment. There were three of us - family with a little baby boy. From the beginning you start to feel welcome and like home. In general the apartment has everything you need for your pleasant stay, it is tidy and comfortable. For babies there is a bed, feeding chair, basin, pot and everything is secured. One of the things we loved the most it was the balcony. The view on the sunset was amazing, we just fell in love with it. Also there is a grill where you can make grilled souvlaki, fish, vegetables etc. The apartment was just few steps from the wonderful beach with crystal clear water, we just loved it so much! Thanks to Ioannis for letting us use the umbrella and chairs on the beach, it was a great plus. Ioannis is an amazing host, he is always very attentive and ready to help with any question. He and his family are very friendly, polite and caring. We are very happy that we met people like them. Looking forward to seeing you in Estonia, Tallinn. Anastassia, Dimitry and Konstantinos

Absolutely lovely stay, a nice traditional-feeling seaside home, with nature and quiet space. We had a lovely time.

excellent new apartments with beautiful, high-quality renovation. Very clean. We arrived at night, the owner was waiting for us, for which we were very grateful. Very nice area near the apartments. Close to the sea, there are even chairs for the beach. The only thing that upset me was the Internet speed - it is very slow, but this is a common problem in Greece.

The house itself and the place were great, I can say that it was the best house I stayed in, you have an electric charging station in the house and you don't need anyone, the charging station gave us a great convenience and the host did not charge us any fees, there is everything you can think of in the house, including ps 5, and they are all very new, we saw the host all the time, he responded immediately to what we asked

Everything excellent. Mother of the owner was very helpfull. She is a kind and nice person, even offered us gifts at the checkout. We were welcomed with wine, beers, water and sweets in the fridge. The rooms are smaller than in the pictures but, hey, this is the case for 99% of the accommodations. The only downside is the smell in the bathrooms, probably because of the sewer, otherwise very clean.

We are extremely grateful to our host, who truly saved us by accommodating us (and our dogs) at the very last minute after a misbooking. They responded promptly when no one else did, which was a lifesaver. The flat itself is spacious and can comfortably fit 4-6 people. However, we believe the price is a bit high for the winter season. Unfortunately, the town felt dirty and abandoned during this time of year, which was disappointing. Overall, we appreciate the host’s kindness and quick response

Marina’s place is a lovely souterrain apartment, nicely furnished and very clean and quiet. It is part of Marina’s house, with a separate private entrance. With each bedroom having its own bathroom and even an additional toilet attached to the living room, the apartment accommodates 4 guests easily. Marina was very friendly and organized the few things that we were missing. At the beginning I thought the heat would be too much as there is no air conditioning, but as the windows are covered with mosquito nets, we could leave them open at night which was refreshing enough. The garden full of olive trees is very nice and calm. The beach is in 4 mins walking distance with a nice beach bar and super comfy sunbeds for free (you are only expected to buy things from the bar and it’s friede staff). Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you so much for everything, Marina!

Great stay at Makis Nest. Very welcoming and warm host, great energy and the beautiful surrounding made us feel very relaxed and at home during our stay.

We had a great stay with Christos and Elena. The apartment was very clean and right near the beach.

Very good hosts and Mr. Ioannis and Mr. Christos made us feel like family helpful, they engaged in sending us places nice to visit to eat. The place is awesome clean with all the amenities,the pool great we had a great time inside the space as well as out of the end I highly recommend it. 5*
