We had a delightful stay at this charming Airbnb. Upon our arrival, the host prepared a delicious fresh salad from her garden and gifted us oranges from her trees. It was the best fruit and vegetables we had during our time in Crete. On our departure day, her husband also made us a traditional breakfast dish, which was a wonderful treat. The absolute highlight was the Jacuzzi, which we enjoyed every evening.

Charilaos was an amazing host! He greeted us at the villa and had left us a great stock of food and drinks, which was great for our large group! His house was done really really well, and perfectly suited us with our two babies. It would be great spot for any larger group with the number of bedrooms. The views were also fantastic! We ended up spending an evening by the pool talking and watching the sea. The whole place is beautiful and perfectly accommodating along with one of the best hosts you could ask for.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect with a beautiful view. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Teo was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth. He gave us recommendations of places to see around Rethymno and the rest of Crete. This beautiful Airbnb exceeded our expectations! Beautiful views from every room and spacious balconies. LOVED the hot tub on the deck looking out at the water. We thought we wanted to stay in old town but it was better being a little out from the busy town. Only about 20 minutes walk to town. Lots of space for 5 of us! Great restaurant, “Blue” is only a 5 minute walk. Ionna was a very responsive and helpful host. He even let us check out late which was so helpful since we had an evening flight. Highly recommend!

The place is beautiful and cozy just like the pictures! Just be aware that the stairs to acces the apartment and the second floor are narrow and steep. Manos’ recomendations of restaurants were very good.

We spent a month at Dimitris's house with our 1 year old daughter. The house is a few minutes walk from the sea and a great little bay. The bay is perfect for kids. The mini market and restaurants are also within walking distance. House was clean and in order. We lacked nothing. In the evening in bed you could always hear the sea rustling. The garden, like the house, was in impeccable condition. Our daughter especially liked to spend time here on the swing. Dimitris was always easily accessible and immediately on the spot if there was a problem. We enjoyed the time at Dimitris's and would very much like to come back.

Casa Sofia was truly a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was perfectly taken care of and offered everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The village of Spilli was an absolute discovery. With its charming streets, friendly locals and beautiful nature, it felt like a hidden gem. There were plenty of opportunities to enjoy local cuisine in cozy taverns and experience authentic Greek culture. The area also offered plenty of activities, from hiking in nature to exploring nearby historical sites. It was the ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. In short, Casa Sofia and picturesque Spilli made this vacation a true paradise!

Stella and her family was friendly and very helpful while we were staying at her families beautiful villa. The villa is stunning and clean. It has all you need while you stay at the villa. Would highly recommend staying at this accommodation. Likely to return in the future! The peacocks add to this beautiful location looking over the mountains of Crete.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, close to Chania by car. Easy street parking which is very quiet. The apartment is very spacious, it can be suitable for 2 families. Our host's welcome is perfect. The stay around Chania is very pleasant. Recommended!

We expected to arrive in the first afternoon, but experienced multiple delays thus I let the host know and she was always very understanding and helpful. We arrived at about 7pm and she reached us as we could not find the location. Extremely polite, understanding and kind she took her time to show the house and explain any facility. The house is great, everything is working as expected, beds and bathrooms showed no problems, air conditioning works great. The garden surrounding the house is very beautiful, with games (ping-pong, basket, amaca, bicycles) and very beautiful panorama all around up to the sea. The only minor problem we had is with some ants in the kitchen, but it is understandable having the garden all around. They show up quite quickly when you place food on the working plane. Thank you very much Fotini, hope to visit again in the future.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Heike's place was super well maintained and had everything your heart desired. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our time very much! Heike was also on site on the day of our arrival and personally gave us many helpful tips and explained everything necessary to us. She was also quickly available to us at any time. Utensils for grilling meat and fish were also fully available. The surrounding small towns with numerous locations can be reached quickly and easily by car. If you are athletic, you can also walk :) . But you can also unwind at home, either in a hammock or a lounger.

Wow! Where to begin with this review - this was probably the best Airbnb experience we have ever had overall, and we have stayed in a lot of airbnbs! Manos and Klelia made sure we had a fantastic experience in Chania , they are so friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, super responsive and they really went above and beyond; to the extent that when we arrived they gave us a home baked banana bread loaf and fresh home baked pastries from their shop!! As for the apartment, we stayed for one month and it was a home away from home. It is in a great location, 10 minute walk from a lovely beach and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and even had a little home gym outside which we used daily, it has a sheltered parking spot and a little private patio. 100/10!! Thank you Manos and Klelia for an unforgettable trip.

The pictures don’t lie! A-MA-ZING view on the balcony! Kostis even sent us plenty of recommandation ahead of time to help us planning our trip. The appartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. The bed is really confortable and the appartment itself made it feel like home with all the plants and the lights.

We had a very plesant stay at the house. Really calm and with the best view you can imagine. Everything was super in order. The house is spacious and neat. Just walk down the garden and you are at the beach !! We've enjoyed the compagny of the cretan cats. Feels like like coming home at Katherina's place. Katherina asked us many times via messages if all was okay, wich it was. And we had the pleasure of meating her husband. Very kind people.

Absolutely amazing host and villa. Kosta and his office were brilliant and when we got to the villa we were met by Stella. She could not have done more to make our stay any better; communication was seamless, so many local suggestions, local produce left throughout the stay, the loan of a stoneware pot to use in the pizza oven over tonight to slow cook vegetables, honestly everything and more. The villa is exactly like the photos - stunning. Breath taking location with a view we all miss now we are home. The layout of the villa is excellent; it is beautifully decorated, the outside kitchen area is perfect and much used. The landscaping is wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The villa was meticulously cleaned throughout our stay and the pool and garden maintained to the highest standard. We had the most wonderful holiday; thank you so much Stella and your team for everything.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had a fantastic time and stay at Olive Villa. Panagiotis and Olga are an absolutely delightful couple as well as kind, generous and hard-working hosts. It is clear that they both take great pride in their home and also go out of their way to ensure the accommodation and facilities they provide for their guests are of an extremely high standard. We were hugely impressed by and spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden (immaculately tended) as well as in the swimming pool (very clean and well-maintained) and dining in the outside bbg area (fantastically set out and equipped). We cannot recommend it highly enough and dearly hope to be able to return in the not too distant future!

There were three of us in the apartment including a 3-year-old child. The place was as described and the hosts go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The communication in advance and also during the stay was super quick and helpful. We have received a lot of tips and descriptions to find our way around on site. The shared roof terrace is very nice and also the balcony of the apartment is a good size. The amenities are simple, but it has everything you need. We can absolutely recommend this place (value for money).

Lovely villa and garden in a quiet spot. Kostas and Elizabeth were very approachable and responded quickly to any queries. As others have said, the only slight draw back is the approach to the villa down a very narrow drive with a right angled turn which took some manoeuvring even in our smallish car. We got used to it and ultimately this didn't spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful property.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views that made every morning special. It was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart, though, were the incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. From arranging convenient transportation from the airport in Heraklion to renting us their car—which was spotless and ideal for exploring Crete—everything was seamless and stress-free. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete. We can’t wait to come back!

Eltha is extremely nice and the communication was easy and smooth. The villa is very clean and well decorated (and the beds are so comfy). The garden area (Private) is perfect to have nice dinner outside. There is also a bbq. The area is very calm. The pool area is very well maintained and there are long chairs the guest can use to enjoy the sun. The villa is also very well located, around 500 meters by walk from a great taverna (Irene) à pharmacy and a supermarket. Also, there are beaches nearby, the closest around 2 km and there is another one at 5km. Both are very nice. Our stay was perfect thanks to Eltha hospitality and her very nice villa. I 💯 recommend her place.

We were two families with two children and spend a week in Lena’s house. The villa is specious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The house is in a remote location so you do need a car for everything, but you are in a less touristy and quiet spot of Crete and you can reach most of the top attractions within an hour drive. It’s about 15min drive to the nearest beach and 45min to Rhetymno town. It’s also easy to go to the mountains.
