Great place and great host… strongly recommended

Lovely place just out of town in a green suburb of Copenhagen at 7 minutes walking distance from the S- train to the city. Well-functioning public transport in Copenhagen makes it an attractive place to stay. The possibility of cooking has also been decisive for us for this choice. We had an excellent time, although I think a period when the roses bloom in the garden makes it even more beautiful!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was small but incredibly cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking. The sleeping area was especially charming with a beautiful view over the fields – ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying nature. The available bicycles were a wonderful bonus, and the host was exceptionally kind and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

We had great staying with Charlotte and Magnus! We got almost everything we needed with our 9 month daughter (mattress in baby grib was missing but we had our own). We loved being able to watch the horses and chickens in the morning. Peace and quiet was everything we needed 🥰

Very fresh guesthouse that had everything we (two adults and two children) needed for a few days in Kämpinge/Höllviken. The guesthouse, with its own entrance and patio, is located in a quiet and cozy area close to the beach and other pleasures. Good ice cream kiosk a few minutes walk from the house as well as good selection of restaurants and grocery stores in Höllviken. Parking in the driveway right outside the guesthouse was included. The hosts were very nice and always responded quickly to questions. Recommended!

I and my family stayed there for 2 nights. We were very happy with location and the house. It was clean, cosy and with comfortable beds.

Very nice accommodation, quiet and nice area. The apple pie that welcomed us was delicious. The host was nice and recommended several different places to visit. Ideally we had a good time. We really recommend this home just outside Malmö. We would definitely come back.

Hello, Thank you to Alexander for the support during the time, especially the quick feedback. We felt at home in the apartment with toddler, everything was sparkling clean and perfectly furnished. Everything you need was there. Alexander is also very helpful and open-minded, we received the bridge crossing to Copenhagen very inexpensively from him, for example. Erik and Toni were great hosts. They were very accommodating and the little house was just perfect for me.Just a 2 minute walk to several different grocery stores and an easy bus trip into the center of Copenhagen. I would definitely stay there again!

Very nice tiny House Close to Malmö. We enjoyed the Sauna. The House had everything we needed for our stay. The self Check in was very easy.

Lovely flat with intimate vibes. We felt comfy from the beginning. The sea is a little bit further than expected but totally fine (about 10min by foot) - the nearby Pizzaria was an absolute suprise. Had one of the best pizzas since a long time ago. 😅

We arrived late from the ferry, yet Anna was waiting for us and showed us a pristine accommodation. It was also well used. Also just perfect for dogs. We and the dogs slept great.

The owner knew in advance all our needs for staying in the apartment. He helped us get from the train station to the house! I have never met such friendly landlords! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher. The bathroom has a high-quality washing machine and underfloor heating. In the next room there is a workplace for those who work at home. The apartment also has air conditioning and a heater, which makes staying comfortable at any time of the year. When I needed something extra, Gustav provided it. I lived in this apartment for a long time and give this house the highest rating. There are 4 supermarkets and many other shops nearby, a train station and a bus stop. There is also a park with ducks and a lake nearby. There are also many cafes and restaurants on the main street near the house. The city of Svedala is safe and clean. You can quickly get to Malmö by public transport.

Besims place was wonderful and he was welcoming and was always responsive if I had any questions at all. The place was cosy and clean with lots of facilities which was very helpful! Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you Besim!

Was lovely staying in Markus' guesthouse. It had everything you could need and if not Markus would help you out. We had a great time discovering the area, did a day trip to Malmø and Lund which was easily possible by public transport, and we could wind down on the beach and in the cozy living areas of the house.

Margareta lives right next door and is a very nice and friendly host. We immediately felt at home. We highly recommend your accommodation.
