Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

We had such a lovely few days at this place - the location was incredible, right by the beach, great walks, as well as the shop, pub and playground in the village and great restaurants in the surrounding area. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Had a lovely stay for New Years, place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a quiet stay and some lovely places to drive to in the surrounding areas!

This was a lovely place to stay, comfy bed, very clean and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. Excellent location too, nice and quiet but close to shops and the sea.

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

We spent 1 night at Lydia's place - perfect location to stay after doing rhe Lincoln 10K. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to the center for coffee, bars and restaurants. The place was really clean and tidy. Highly recommended for a visit to the area.

We had a lovely peaceful stay. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Perfect location to visit family. Would visit again. Joanne was very welcoming and gave very helpful directions

Location of this property is spot on . Right in the middle of everything . Property was spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay . The only thing i would recommend but its more of a personal prefrence is to take your own towels clean ones are provided but are quite small & very stiff We will definately use this accomodation again

I think it's all been said, a really comfortable lovely apartment exceptionally clean, all facilities you could need including a dedicated parking place . Ginos restaurant top notch and only around the corner. Its a gem. Thank you Rachel.

Our stay at Katie's place, just on the east edge of Woodhall Spa, was absolutely perfect. Her studio apartment was much more spacious than I had thought it would be! It's perfect for a golf break the amazing Woodhall Spa Golf Club and there's plenty of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. The studio itself was exactly as I had hoped, spotlessly clean and super well equipped. Brilliantly comfortable beds and one of the best showers I've used anywhere! This was a brilliant place and a wonderful stay in Woodhall Spa - thank you Katie for being a perfect host!

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Lucie was very helpful In getting to the address. she always reply on time and available to help. the property was clean and tidy and very private just as I like it.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. Exactly as listed and in the photos. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots all over the world! Pristinely clean throughout, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
