Jona was a terrific host and her cottage was perfect for our family of three. we had great conditions for viewing the northern lights and away from any light pollution so we could really enjoy their beauty!

I definitely recommend this beautiful and cozy cottage with a thermal pool, surrounded by beautiful Icelandic nature. The owners were always very friendly and helpful 😊

It's our third trip to Iceland and this is our favourite Airbnb so far. The surroundings is beautiful and quiet. The house itself is wonderful, comfortable and very clean. The hosts have really put in a lot of thought and effort to ensure that we have a great experience and want for nothing. Highly recommended!

A stunning little cabin with a great view! Was very comfortable for the two of us, and we really enjoyed our four nights there. Nice modern touches with just the right amount of space, and superb location along the golden circle. As noted in another review there are some amenities that aren’t listed but were greatly appreciated. An airfryer, a nespresso machine, bath robes (ideal for going out to the spa in the cold), and a stunning sauna with a large window with a view. I will say the kitchen had all the basics you need, especially for a short stay. With us having four nights we felt a few more things would have been nice, but we easily made it work. Owners were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure things went smoothly. 10/10 recommend.

wonderful location to navigate all the amazing places in Iceland. we visited the secret lagoon and tomato farm, just 30 minutes away.🤽‍♀️🍅 local hot pools 6 minutes away.🧖‍♀️ selfoss 20 minutes.🏛 golden circle an hour.⛲️ walked to the river an hour away with the neighbours dog accompanying us! 🐕 witnessed amazing Northern lights as there are no artificial lights. 🌌 Reykjavik just over an hour 🏢 we had some heavy snowfall and a 4x4 would have been an advantage but we did manage in our hire car. roads were kept clear. hosts checked on us and messaged too. we were a group of 12, 3 families and had the whole place, it worked really well for us. it's our 3rd visit to Iceland and the other 2 families first, I think they will be back!!

AMAZING!!! Runar’s place was even better than we could have imagined. The Northern Lights were extremely visible to the naked eye 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. The back deck was lovely to watch Aurora dance in the sky. The furniture and bed (we only used 1 of the 4) were extremely clean and comfortable! To our surprise, the bathroom floor was heated, which was a lovely touch! We absolutely loved our stay here. It was extremely peaceful and secluded but also so close to town. We have already started talking coming back to Iceland and staying here again. It is the perfect home in the perfect location on the Golden Circle.
