Villa holiday rentals in Skiathos

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We loved the pool and the house. I would say it’s better than the pictures. It’s an beautiful uphill walk to Glossa and the restaurants, our five year old did it in 9 minutes but we had to drive our parents (79 and 75) years old up to the town square, downhill they could walk. Highly recommend this place as a quiet villa very close to the lovely Glossa village.

Wow!!! What an incredible place. My husband and I stayed here the week we got married, and it was perfect. The view of the sea over the infinity pool while the sun was setting is breathtaking and the sun is always shining on the villa. Very clean, spacious and beds are very comfy. Would recommended and we will definitely be back!

Dimitris was such a helpful host from start to finish! Always quick to respond and provided some useful information about things to do/see whilst on the Island. Unfortunately due to the time or year/season we had some issues with insects around the property. However, Dimitris was quick to respond and organised a solution which fixed the problem. Beautiful villa, beautiful sunsets and surroundings. You feel like you’re in your own little oasis! Could not recommend Dimitris more as a host and would definitely come back to Villa Jasmine. Tucked away on a quiet hillside above the port, with sweeping views and nearby hiking trails, Villa Maria is an oasis. Elias is a kind host, and his home is beautifully crafted and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We loved cooking meals in his well outfitted kitchen, and eating outside on his breezy veranda overlooking the sea. We couldn’t get enough of lounging by the pool, and showering off with views of olive trees. We loved hanging with his very sweet dog (and cats), who were friendly and regular visitors. At night, we star gazed and listened to the sounds of nature. Apart from the sounds of nature, we reveled in listening to Elias’s extensive CD collection, which created the perfect soundtrack for our trip. Elias quite literally wrote the book on Alonissos, and having grown up there, is full of fantastic recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again someday. It was a peaceful and magical trip we won’t forget.

A perfect island and the perfect home for family vacations! House had everything, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, a Nespresso machine, all the necessary cookware, even umbrellas and kids toys for the beach. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, every beach is max 12 mins away, Panormos is 5 mins, Skopelos town too. It is located on the main road and you never get lost. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms did a perfect job, never too cold, never too warm. The garden is just perfect! Patio with Netflix, Disney+ for the kids and satellite TV for us, subwoofer sound system for a small party and a karaoke system for singing tournaments. We had a perfect 10 days in Skopelos and Konstantinos's home made it possible for us. Thank you again Konstantinos for a perfect stay. Wish we could stay longer. Until next time...

Lovely villa with beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands. The villa has everything you could need and the outside area is particularly lovely with a great pool and lots of areas to sit and relax. A lovely holiday.

We spent a week at Sofia's place while visiting Skopelos and the villa had everything we wanted. It was accessible by foot, so we didn't need to hire a car, and was well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden, pool and terrace were great features, and the property was as-described and clean throughout. Sofia was very communicative and provided very clear instructions, even providing a lift from the port to the property on our arrival. The villa is private, and not overlooked, with the quay only a 15-20 minute walk away through beautiful winding streets. I would recommend this property to others in future.

Best air bnb I’ve stayed in, in a long time. Communication with Dimitris was great, and they were very accommodating to our flight times as well. The apartment is stunning and the views are to die for. Definitely need a car/quad to get up the hill and once done a couple times is no trouble. Would absolutely stay again!

What a perfect place ! Several Tavernas close by, the Xanthi pool bar behind the Villa has delicious food, and the family were lovely. Infinity Blue, right next door was amazing ! Lynette met us at our Villa, showed us round, and answered any query/problem immediately. I can’t wait to stay here again…. A perfect holiday stay ☺️

The property faces west. The seating area is cool and breezy during the morning and you get to enjoy the sunsets. Six guests can sleep comfortably. We cooked a few times and found everything needed. The outdoor grill was very helpful. The property has great modern design and amenities and is kept very clean. Julia provided a sleeping “pack-and- play” for our 1-year- old boy. We are considero got return to Skiathos next year and stay here again.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Laura's villa. It provided us with the perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful island. A tranquil setting with amazing views out over the town and sea beyond, with spectacular sunrises. We hadn't appreciated just how easy it was to walk from there into the old town, with its plentiful supply of excellent restaurants and shops. We hired a car to visit some of the gorgeous beaches, all within easy distance and an absolute delight to come back to Laura's Villa. No hesitation in recommending it.

Overall, the house is amazing especially if you’re staying with multiple families or a lot of people. Master bedroom is great with its own en-suite and walk-in closet. Wrap around porches on both floors and accessible through all 3 bedrooms, with great views of the island. There are some trees that do block the views, however at no fault to the property owners. Please note, this house is located high up/incline so a car/taxi is required to access. Also, main port/restaurants/shopping are within 5 min drive. Host was very friendly and gave great recommendations.

Would give a 10 star review if I could! The pictures do not do this place justice - you really get the wow factor when you walk in. My family and I had a very special holiday and this is certainly in part due to how friendly, helpful & considerate our hosts were! We absolutely loved our stay - the villa has everything you need, is in a very peaceful and scenic location and the set up of the villa can take you from day to night. You will not regret booking!

I can’t recommend this enough! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just like the pictures, spotless and very well located. I came here with a group of girls for my bachelorette and the two-apartment setup was great. We spent most of our time enjoying the private pool and forest views. There was a variety of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and the bus stop was just down the hill. Our host was available at all times with very helpful recommendations. She met us in person at the airport and brought fresh towels halfway through our stay. Only consideration for other groups would be the neighbors concern around quiet hours. We were approached by them a few times early in our stay as they were very eager to enforce quiet hours from 11pm to dawn. We didn’t have any issues sticking to this, but might be something to note if you are looking for a hen do/stag location.

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa and Katerina was the most amazing host. We arrived tired from our early flight to a well stocked fridge (water, milk, bread, vegetables homegrown, cheese, bread etc) with everything we could possibly wish for. The villa suited our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) perfectly. It was peaceful yet just minutes walk from a beautiful beach with a great bar and restaurant. The beach is normally only accessible by boat so never was too busy. White sands and clear waters. Honestly the best holiday we have had as a family for years!

We LOVED staying in Niki's beautiful and modern home. It was recently built (3 years ago), had an amazing pool, lots of relaxing areas to sit, and the view was impeccable! The location was wonderful for our family. Traditional fishing village 5 min drive away. Could run the road in the morning for a great workout. One of the most highly reviewed beaches is 3 minutes away. Very private and completely safe (the island is so safe!). Niki was so kind and helpful. Met us at the ferry so that we could follow her to the house. She came one afternoon so that we could do laundry and was always flexible on timing as our day plans got changed. Her recommendations were wonderful, and always seemed to do anything she could to make our holiday stress free. She left great honey and a greek drink for us to enjoy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Errika is a warm and very helpful host. Everything we could ask for. The villa is absolutely fantastic. It is even better in real life, the view is breathtaking. You’ll need a car, it’s very steep on some parts of the road. Everything on the island is within a short trip with the car. Both Errika and Villa Erifili gets our strong recommendation.

We had a fantastic two weeks at Villa Avaton. Pandelis is a great host and nothing is too much trouble. Before our arrival he kindly helped us with our car hire and throughout our stay was always available to answer questions and offer advice about the island. Villa Avaton is really lovely, it’s clean, comfortable, private and peaceful and the views over Skopelos Town and out to sea are wonderful. We had a great holiday there and can’t recommend it enough.

The house is located on the prettiest coast of the island with its beautiful beaches, next to the very cute village of Glossa. The part where the monasteries are visited is on the other side near the city of Skopelos. The house is located in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view! A pool that allows you to cool off with an exceptional view and access to an idyllic beach 10/15mn walk away without a person or beach bar: the dream! Somewhat difficult to access but it's worth it. Communication with the person who takes care of the house on site was very easy. The only weak point are the rooms in an outbuilding that do not have the same standard as those in the house but there is air conditioning and a separate bathroom. One idea: put bedside lamps in it? We had a really great week! Thanks to Anthoula for hosting us!

Matina and Kosta’s place was even more beautiful than the photos would indicate! The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen, and the location is so peaceful and feels really safe. The villa itself is great with lots of light opportunities and balconies, and the pool was really great - felt very big and again had great views. The only challenge is getting to the villa: against Matinas advice we decided not to get a hire car as we were only there for a couple of days, however taxis were really expensive because the road to the villa is mountainous and isolated. However the taxi driver that Matina put us in contact with was really available which was helpful. Therefore if you are staying longer than a couple of days a hire car is a must, and just be aware the road is quite challenging and steep. Overall though we had a wonderful time and would love to come again to enjoy these beautiful views!

Stunning view and a lovely villa. The outdoor deck is huge. Private full bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. Nicer than the photos. The host was very responsive and Eleni met us and led us to the villa. The village of Glossa is about a 10 minute drive. We were there during the end of summer season so most things were closed, but the bakery and grocery was still open. The villa is definitely located off the beaten path, but the road is drivable with a regular vehicle. Everything was very clean and the home was well stocked. We had a fabulous stay- highly recommended for those who want to soak in the beauty of the sea and get away from the noise of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Vicky's Airbnb in Skopelos. The house was impeccably clean and situated in an excellent location! Vicky was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Just: WOW!!! We loved Hara's place!!! It is a beautiful small and cozy villa on a mountain, the view is really incredibly beautiful! Hara has created a wonderful place of relaxation here, which invites you to relax, between olive trees and many plants to sweet sheep in the pasture - everything was PERFECT! The pool is beautiful and the entire outdoor area of the villa is practically designed, for example, you have an outdoor refrigerator on the breakfast terrace. The surroundings are soooo wonderful, such a green island, great bays! You should have a car or motorcycle to get around! Hara and her husband are just great people, they picked us up at the harbor and brought our luggage into the house & picked us up again on departure! They are such warm people, we felt at home! THANK YOU HARA! We will be back :) Maja & Marius
