We had the most fantastic stay at Alison’s place! There is nothing that could be faulted. Alison is a friendly and warm host, provided clear instructions for us prior to arriving at the apartment and went the extra mile to buy us bread and left other food bits/ drinks with compliments. She truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was cosy and clean, and we would definitely stay there again! Our pup Archie loved it too, so it was a win for everyone!

Our 3rd visit. As always the loft is a home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to explore the lake district. Will definitely be staying again the future 😃

Gemma and Andy's place was perfect for a stay in Harrogate. Very central location with local amenities and restaurants easily walkable - there were plenty of great recommendations from the hosts both before arriving (in their guidebook) as well as helpful pamphlets in the living room on arrival. Gemma and Andy were also great communicators - I had some initial trouble with getting into the apartment (through no fault of their own!), but they were quickly on hand to help me out. The apartment itself was also well kitted out with plenty of kitchenware and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. Thank you Gemma and Andy for a wonderful stay!

John was wonderful with his communication and gave very detailed directions and instructions. Very friendly host and beautiful flat! Very cosy stay and we had everything we needed! John went the extra mile and we were very impressed.

Dave was extremely helpful and the flat was lovely. Internet could have been better but it was adequate.

Stayed overnight for a birthday celebration. Picked this apartment for it's style, views and location and it didn't disappoint. Walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants. Host was great at communicating and check in was simple. Apartment had everything we needed and more, was clean and tidy and had lots of additional touches like toiletries, treats and drinks. Car park is in the next street and can be pre-booked online. We would definitely book to stay again.

Geoff and Wendy are excellent, friendly hosts! They were both there to meet me when I arrived, and spent time showing me around the apartment and telling me everything I needed to know. They were always quick to respond to any questions I had including arranging long term parking. The apartment is a great space that has everything you need including a lovely view out over Winckley Square. The high street is a two minute walk away which has everything you might need from shops to restaurants. A really excellent stay. Thank you both!

Can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation. The Yorkshire Hosts upgraded us to a bigger unit due to some heating issues in the booked rooms, prior to us arriving. The unit was absolutely beautiful, a home away from home over the Christmas break. It is in a fantastic location in walking distance to everything including the city center. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great apartment - comfortable & clean with beautiful views over the garden and the fields beyond. A great bolt-hole for exploring the delights of the surrounding area. Thanks for the stay.

Winston's accommodation was perfect for what we wanted. 5 min walk to tram to get to Manchester City. The apartment was a lovely bigger than expected, with everything we need and the added bonus of a breakfast hamper. We will definitely be back and we have recommended to family for future visits.

Kam was a fabulous and very kind responsive host. The flat was gopd and everything in it we needed, Kam even got us some essentials. What we really loved was the parking space and how close it was to the city. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus station /queens hotel which was perfect. Really close but quiet at night perfect for a stay in Leeds which can in places be noisy. Would recommend this airbnb.

Beautiful cosy flat which exceeded our expectations. Kitchen area is modern and has everything you could need. Really soft and comfortable bed, plenty of storage space for clothes. Eveything spotlessly clean, definately a home from home. From the outside balcony, views of the River and canal not to mention the little waterfall literally on the doorstep, were breathtaking. Really great hosts happy to recommend local places to visit and where to eat if you need help. Highly recommended and we will be booking a return visit.

First time using air B&B, exceeded expectation. Little touches made the difference.... Genuine host who explained how to use everything well and was available anytime for questions... Also gave a great recommendation for top local restaurants etc... Highly recommended!

Nice and clean, lovely lots of extra’s like slippers. Easy lock box to get in but for some reason he was adamant to let us in himself. Hot tub is a bonus. Shower wasn’t working for us, I’m sure he’s sorted it now. Great central location

Very friendly staff and a beautiful room, the building was a little rough in places, for some reason the room seemed to smell like smoke (this may of been because the windows were left open). Only a 20 min walk to the city centre and had lots of nice restaurants around it

What a lovely stay! We stayed for Valentines weekend and had all we needed and more. The bed was comfy and cosy with beautiful bedding. The bathroom was tastefully tiled and the outdoor area was perfect for escaping the weekly grind. We would certainly recommend. Thank you! xx

We had a lovely stay at Latham Lane. Beautiful place down to all the little decorative touches! Beds were super comfy and had everything we needed. Beautiful view across the hills and Jane was on hand to help with anything.

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts were helpful and responsive throughout. Probably the nicest air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! The decor was stunning, the facilities were incredible and we had the best night’s sleep! So peaceful and comfortable! We drove a little down the road into Pendle and had a drink in The Pendle Inn and then walked over The Rising Sun for food and a drink. Both places were lovely. The views from the hot tub were amazing! We couldn’t help but have a dip before we returned home in the morning! Would absolutely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
