Completely renovated duplex where the amenities are not shortened. Luxury renovated in the old style as the house is from the early 19th century. Large bathroom with double ceiling showers and double sinks. Large comfortable laundry room and sauna facility with own shower. If you are interested in food, the house has a professional kitchen with its own wine cellar. The balcony is large and accommodates a large group. There is also sound system outside and inside. 500 meters to swimming and 100 meters to golf and tennis courts. Restaurants on your doorstep!

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice hiking trails. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Spacious country side villa near lake and forest

Small unique house on the countryside with centuries-old origins. There is a tiled stove that works, a beautiful old wood stove in the kitchen (which, however, does not work), there are log walls and wooden floors. There is also a beautiful Malmsjö piano. In this lovely house with several bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family or clean of two families. Proximity to several lakes and both forest and meadow directly into the knot. Hiking trail and exercise tracks in the near area. 37 km from Varberg and 32 km to Ullared.
