New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Wifi and with Chromecast in both TVs Attractive garden with trampoline, small football field with 2 acres, and Terrace with gas grill (excl gas). Charging stand SEK 3.50 per kWh

Delicious cottage close to beach

Nice cottage, close to the beach rented on a weekly basis. Includes 6 sleeping places, all modern comforts such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, TV with Chromecast in 3 weather., large terrace with garden furniture etc etc. Please note that the house is used as a private residence, so there may be private effects, which should be respected and treated with care. Illuminated prices are excluding consumption of water and electricity, which is charged separately upon departure.

150 year old charming pilotshouse. The house situated towards south-west on the oceanfront / beachfront including 2 acres of land with own heliport and harbour 400 meters away, 200 meter walk to the beach. Highspeed internet Nearby Skælskør is a beautiful old town with nice restaurants etc. This house is the perfect setup for the large family, two family vacation or just a couple that whant space and solitude. A place for a yoga retreat and it also includes a sauna upon request.
