Holiday rentals with beach access in Slovene Riviera

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

We are completely satisfied! With the navigation you found the address without any problems... Even the check-in worked out great. We were there earlier and were still able to check in early and were personally greeted by Dominick! Recommendation for the area was also given directly to us. For two people, the place is perfect and nothing was missing. Also it was really super clean, we had nothing to complain about. It is an absolutely calm area which was great for us. However, the apartment is so centrally located that you can reach many great places and beaches within a few km. Thank you !

We felt very comfortable. The location is super- almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and screens on the lower floor, it was easy to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or take other excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Do not specify a TV. Otherwise, please come back.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The view is incredible, and the modern decor with all the little details made it feel so cozy. Elsa went above and beyond with a super generous welcome pack of food and drinks, which really made us feel at home. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and relaxing by the rock pools on the sun loungers provided. Lots of towels provided and comfortable beds. 20 minute drive to Trieste and a short drive to Sistiana for local restaurants. We could have stayed here forever!

You’re right in the heart of old town Rovinj with so much to see and do. Zoki’s place is perfect for 2 couples. She was always ready with tips and advice and made sure our visit was top notch. Will definitely stay with her next time our travels bring us to the area!

The location of the apartment is perfect, especially with a dog. The apartment itself is also well laid out, super clean and cozy. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. And the sunny balcony above the square is the hit! Donatella arranges the driveway in advance into the pedestrian zone for unloading, and it is there itself when checking in. From the beginning, communicating with her is easy and warm. We'll be happy to come back very soon.

Just a perfect place. Own peace in your courtyard and buzzing medieval town and restaurants out the door. The space in the house was just right for a big group. Own space for everyone to chill while big enough common spaces indoors and outdoors to hangout together.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We enjoyed our stay at Jana's place. The house is in a quiet zone in the countryside, so the kids could enjoy watching the village animals. There is a fenced private backyard with gas grill and jacuzzi available. The house is very neat and clean, everything is newly furnished and equipped. Sorry we didn't have time to stay longer.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Super, wonderful place!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

We had a wonderful week in Umag. The apartment is very clean, bright, tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The view of the sea at breakfast is really priceless... Our little daughter also felt very comfortable and so we had a great week. Many thanks to Boris, who was always available and extremely friendly and accommodating. The flexible and easy check-in was a blessing for us because we didn't arrive until late at night. We will be happy to come back!

Susanna's wonderful apartment has a unique view and great tranquility. On the terrace you are Lord of the Bay. Susanna is the best host you can think of. Proactive and reserved. Susanna can speak German!! and of course English. We'll be back

Andrej’s apartment was fantastic place to stay! Very clean, loved how well designed and decorated it is. Very comfortable bed as well! Andrej was absolutely lovely host and very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I would love to stay there again! Hopefully I get to come back during summer time because it is so closely located to a very lovely beach.

Sandro offers a great place to have a wonderful time. The views from the charming terrace improve the humor , the clean , well-equipped apartment will give you the comfort of existence. If you like walking, you can get dizzy from your choice : Izola by the promenade by the sea , Koper by a public "park" all the way to the Old Town, the old town... Even the harbor in the background adds the atmosphere... Great place . Sandro is a lucky guy... Living in a place like this... That's why he's such a nice guy....

We all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It's very clean. The apartment is bright, well laid out and very well equipped. You can cook together, eat together at the large table. Since we had cooler weather than we originally expected, we as a family used the large table for game afternoons/evenings. The children felt very quickly at home. Very close to the apartment is also a playground and other beautiful playgrounds are on the way to the center of Umag. The hosts are quick to respond to questions and have good tips for restaurants and things to do.

Dezi is a wonderful host, he waited for us, showed us around, was a complete guide, recommended us places to eat, places to beach. Responded promptly to our questions. We recommend this location, we will definitely be back. Dezi... we are coming!!

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.
