Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Smithfield Township

I had a fantastic stay here! The house was in great shape, has a beautiful outdoor space, and comfortably fit a large group. Convenient location for plenty of attractions in the area as well. I’d happily stay here again next time I visit the Poconos.

This is such an incredible home! Eva and Donna did such an amazing job decorating and adding all the little special touches! Our kids were ecstatic - huge HP fans! The hot tub and pool table/ping pong table were also a big hit! This home is a short drive to everything that the Poconos has to offer! We highly recommend this home!

Gary’s place was a pleasant stay! It was a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Super clean and felt right at home. Gary was super responsive and helpful with whatever I needed.

Isaac's listing is great, if you like a cozy smart home with awesome surround sound, workout bike, game, room, yoga spots, heated pool, video games, slot machine, wood fireplace, soft and cozy bed with awesome indoor bar with mixers and outdoor bar and fire pit. It was so awesome to connect with smart Alexa to listen to my musical play list. All TVs are smart TVs and seeing deer run through the yard was awesome as well as seeing the snow fall while there. listening to the wood pop in wood stove. Enjoying a great cocktail thanks to the awesome bar with bar tools, glasses, mixers and margarita machine. So definitely book this home it is all great.

My friends and I came for the weekend to go skiing. Originally our plan was to go out for breakfast and dinner, however the wonderful amenities in this house made staying in such a delight. We had no issue entering and exiting, as well as all the wonderful rooms to relax in. Overall, a truly spectacular home. The best part is how proactive Steve was with communication. He made sure our stay was as good as possible, and I am truly thankful for him being a message away in the event that I needed anything. I cannot recommend Steve enough, I hope to return with my friends next year and/or maybe in the summer!

Only stayed the night, was very nice stay. Would’ve like to stay longer or maybe I’ll head back another time.

There was an issue that happened before our stay at the airbnb. I was notified about it a few days in advance and we managed a work around with the owner. The owner was very responsive and cooperative. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It is in a lovely area and the space is very cozy. I would recommend it and we will probably stay there again.

The neighbors chickens made me feel right at home!

We have stayed at Christina's place multiple times. We just love everything about her place. We always have my son and his family over for dinner when we visit, so easy to cook and enjoy the space

Laura was very helpful with suggestions and links to fun things to do. She also helped me surprise my wife with flowers for Valentine’s Day by working with a local florist on delivery options.

This is the second time now I’ve stayed at Stews Air BNB. It’s convenient to the city center, it was clean, affordable and had everything I needed. Stews also very quick at getting back to you. Next time I’m in the area I would make it my third time if staying there

Esther’s place was wonderful! We felt really comfortable and the place match the photos. She was great with communication and flexible with early checkin.

Stew’s place was perfect for our quick overnight stay! It was spotless, cozy, with a superbly comfortable bed!! Wish we had been there longer to enjoy the lovely garden area!

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

Our first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely nervous especially traveling w a child n dog I didn’t want to screw up our first ski trip together and it went better then my expectations! The place was spotless cute and cozy!! My daughter ran through the place so excited to read all the little labels , she was truly overwhelmed w joy and excitement on this place. They had puzzles and games and artwork that my daughter still is telling people about “upside pineapple art” and “pineapple pillow” lol so cute, she talked more about this place then our actual ski trip. I’m glad I picked this place and it’s sooo perfect I will be back and use them again and suggest anyone thinking about taking a dog this is the place! I was worried cause I have a big dog and no one was bothered by my 110 lb German Shepard at all. I’m an extremely happy new Airbnb customer thank u again for helping us and being a responsive host! We had a wonderful stay at Healther's listing. We enjoyed a spacious living room, cozy furniture, and were generally overall very happy with our booking here. the house is close to the ski lodge and snow tubing at Big Boulder and Jack Frost, so it was the perfect fit for us. The space gave us a clean place to warm up and relax very comfortably after a long day of outdoor activities in the cold. We would recommend to anyone as a good place to stay.

This is our 3rd year staying at the house for our family's winter getaway. The location is absolutely perfect and the view is just breathtaking. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything we need. The communication prior and during our stay was on point, responsive and super helpful. We can't wait for next year! We stayed here for a few nights between Christmas and New Year's Day. Our young family of five enjoyed the clean, comfortable house with great views, along with skiing for all at Big Boulder, only a couple minute's drive away. We would love to come back next year!
