Holiday rentals in Smooth Rock Falls

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the view of the lake with the sound of the loons you are at the right cottage and bonus if the weather is nice in the month of September.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was stunning, and we especially loved spending time in the hot tub. We had so much fun playing pool, watching movies, and just unwinding. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again during summertime to enjoy the lake/beach area.

The house is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Because of the location, it was easy to get to either end of Timmins. Greg was a very responsive and polite host. Thanks again for having us!

House was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, we just had to bring our own food, snowmobiles and family. It had easy access to the snowmobile trails, and plenty of parking for all of our trailers and vehicles. If I return to the Cochrane area I would def stay here again.

I have stayed in this unit twice, as well as Kelly's other unit twice and it is always an excellent stay. It is super clean and great to have a full kitchen for meals. Check in and Check out is always super smooth and will stay here again next year!

Very nice place clean and tidy great location we enjoyed our stay a lot of room and have everything we needed , Sanni is an amazing host always responsive whenever we need something I would highly recommend
